"i want to marry you, lee seokmin."

the prince forced himself to open his eyes upon hearing the same voice and the same words that's been ricocheting inside his head and keeps echoing in his ears like a broken record... though he was starting to get annoyed by those sounds and by those words, he had to thanked that it happened because if it wouldn't because of those sounds and words, he wouldn't know that he was still inside his room's bathroom and he was taking a bath. and by that he realized that he was taking too long already inside, which made him back to reality as he fasten his movements, afraid that he might get late for his first subject for today.

it took him only a span of ten minutes cleaning himself, then he just wore his bathrobe for he was going to brush his teeth and apply some skincare on his face. and he just groaned in annoyance once again while brushing his teeth upon hearing those sounds and words again as he was staring at his reflections in the mirror at the top of the wide sink in front of him, making him curse joshua's name at the back of his head for keeping those words and sounds echoed inside his head and his ears all night last night and even in his dreams, those same sounds and words appeared and now he could hear it even when he woke up or even when he was just staring in the mirror.

actually, instead of thinking and understanding joshua's explanation why did he do that behind his back, he was thinking about what that alpha had said about their upcoming marriage almost three weeks from now. he doesn't know if he will believe joshua or not... because he have seen enough that joshua may be sweet, may be kind, and may give him everything he wants, but he could never make joshua to marry him. that joshua for sure doesn't want to marry an innocent prince, an omega whose he said is picky, meticulous and almost a perfectionist. he knew joshua doesn't want that kind of omega, and will always, joshua will never want to marry him as he wasn't the yoon jeonghan.

and he also thought that maybe the reason why joshua said those last night was because he was left no choice.. that the king and his parents made him left no choice but to do it. or maybe because joshua realized that he wants power... that he wants a title for once they got married and once his father, the king stepped down the throne, joshua will automatically considered as the king consort, which means he will have the same as what title seokmin would have. and he knew how most of the people right now was greedy to have a title, to have a power.. and joshua, for sure was no difference from them.

so yeah.. joshua wasnt serious and wasn't certain about the marriage. it wasnt him, it wasn't seokmin whose the reason why he wanted to continue it. as the prince said, he would never be the yoon jeonghan.

"good morning, your highness."

guess that the prince was already used and he expected this already of feeling how his heart rate became faster every time he would hear joshuas voice calling him with his title. so it didn't surprised him anymore that he felt those way the moment he entered the kitchen to supposedly served himself a coffee since he was still sleepy, but it didnt happened since even before he could get himself a mug, joshua already served him a freshly brewed coffee.. and that coffee was his favorite coffee flavor that was enough for seokmins heart to flutter once again and though he tried to hide and stifle it, but his emotions just betrayed him that he uncontrollably let out a small smile.
