"your highness, choi hansol is at the entrance. he said, he wants to talk to you."

the prince could only gestured the guard to let hansol in inside their house as he was going to follow him after he finished talking with his group mates using the zoom. the guard had bowed to him once he had understand what the prince wanted him to do as he close the door of seokmin's room, leaving the prince some privacy. seokmin went back from talking to his group mates over the line and continued the discussion what should they do with their thesis. they can't meet up as it was prohibited as per their university premises plus some of his group mates was in another country to celebrate the new year and the rest of the holidays.

it took only just another ten minutes before they bade their goodbyes with each other and also the see you soon after one of them had disturbed their parts for the contributions of their thesis paper. seokmin did not waste a second as he stood up after the host had ended the zoom meeting then he went out of his room to find hansol was sitting on the long couch at their salas while busy typing on his phone. he called hansol to get his attention as his brows furrowed the moment a confusion had started to fill his head asking himself... what is hansol doing here knowing that joshua wasn't here? or what is the reason wht he said, he wanted to talk to the prince? what purpose?

hansol stood up the moment seokmin was almost in front of him as he bowed. "good morning your highness, sorry for disturbing you early this morning."

seokmin chuckled as he shook his head. "no, i should be the one apologizing, i had you waited for twenty minutes." hansol told seokmin it was okay since he doesn't have things to do the remaining day. "the guards told me you want to talk to me? whats the matter, sol?"

the prince saw how hansol let out an awkward smile. "a-actually your highness, i want to tell you something.."

"what is it? is it about seungkwan?"

hansol shook his head as he scratch his nape. "n-no.. its about joshua.."

that made seokmin's brows automatically furrowed. "what about my fiance? did something happened?" the prince voice suddenly raise asking whats wrong and how did this have to do with joshua.

then again, hansol shook his head as he chuckled. "no, there's nothing wrong happened with him.. i just.. your highness, he doesn't want anyone to know about this but because you're his fiance and you know.."

"what is it, hansol? come on tell it to me." guess that the prince was already impatient to know what hansol was going to say.

hansol swallowed hard. "today is his birthday.. its your fiance's birthday, its joshua's day."
