seokmin could only pursed his lips as he held his head low, not wanting to see his father though the king was in the middle of his position in the dinning table and he knew that no matter how hard he tried to hide his face, the king still can see his expression and whatever emotions he would out regarding to that matter. and yes, yes the king knew what happened between them these past few days.. no, it took weeks before they finally made up with each other and if it wouldn't be with joshua taking him out that night, for sure both of them still wasn't talking to each other and the prince would keep his distance to the alpha.

and though the king knew what happened, but he never knew the reason why did it happened. just he knew from soonyoung and from the prince eunuch that joshua did something behind the prince back but they never mentioned what exactly joshua did. but guess that the king knew his people enough even to the person he was around with almost all the time, the king was aware what joshua did.. but he would never bragged about it because the king knew that joshua wasn't that kind of person, and he saw enough how seokmin meant to him.

"so the wedding will be continued then.. two weeks from now." the king clarified after none of the two responded to what he said.

joshua cleared his throat. "y-your majesty, can you give us some more time to prepare and to think about the wedding?" and seokmin blinked thrice as he slowly shifted his gaze to joshua beside him, bravely talk back to the king. "there are still a lot of things to do and wasn't settled yet.. plus seokmin.. your highness still has to do his thesis."

seokmin didnt know what to feel that for the first time.. for the first time in his life, finally someone outside the royal family talk back and refuse what his father wanted to do. because he have known enough that his father are always right that the people under him didnt even get the chance to refuse plus who are them to refuse and complain about what the king wanted to do? he has the power, he has the title, plus the people was trusting him enough that whatever he do, it will be successful. so what joshua was doing right now was really unexpected, as he was asking where joshua got his bravery to talk to the king about that matter?

and to what more seokmin to be surprise was because the king nodded.. his father who are always tend to be right, nodded in agreement to what joshua has said. means, he was okay, he was fine to move the date of the wedding and to give them more time.. no, to give seokmin more time to think about his feelings for joshua and to forgive the latter from what he did.

"alright then, i'm gonna talk to your wedding organizer that we will be moving the date of your wedding two months from now." thats the only moment seokmin lifted his head as he look at his father who are eating his fine dinner while exchanging glances from the both him and joshua. "i also want to change the venue.. so im hoping it was enough time to settle everything you need for the wedding. and by that also, im hoping this time, both of you are finally mated. for real."
