"so if we have nothing to talk about, your highness, you may leave as i was needed to go back to my work."

seokmin rolled his eyes in defeat. "fine."

then he wore back the black round glasses he was wearing for his disguise which just fall out in vain as people still recognize him just like what happened the moment he went out of the car to find joshua in his firm. because though, the prince didnt have much appearance like his sister did in her entire life, people in korea still knew and was aware that he is this nation's prince. seokmin glance at joshua first before he finally turned around to follow what the older wanting him to do, it is to leave.

oh well, the older was right all along. they have nothing to talk about anymore and though the prince admits that no matter how soothing, relaxing and comfortable the ambiance of the latter's office are, he still couldn't stand being alone with joshua in one room. because he can feel that joshua's presence alone can dominate the whole him, and he doesn't want to feel that way for he wanted to be only felt it with soonyoung. but table's turned, or so, maybe alpha's charisma and presence is naturally like that. 

"wait."

the prince was about to unlock the door and opened it for him to finally went out of joshua's office and got his distance from him, but he got halted upon hearing the alpha's command from behind him as he heard his footsteps approaching and even the way he felt that the latter was making his way towards him, until joshua was behind him already. the prince couldn't help but to swallowed hard for he can feel joshua's warm breathe coming from his nostrils and the manly perfume thats started to lingered through his nose. and he was afraid that what joshua smelled like could stay there, in his nose. 

and he didnt know it can make him startled after witnessing and after feeling joshua's right arm had to wrapped around his side until the latter's hand reached the doorknob, gesturing the prince enough not to open the door.. yet. their position seemed like joshua was hugging his highness, prince seokmin from the back. 

the prince swallowed hard again. "i thought you want me to leave?" 

"yes, but do you want to get yourself surrounded by the people from earlier?" and that's the only time the prince realized how awkward and uncomfortable he was earlier when he entered this firm, and he sworn to himself he doesn't want that to happen again. seokmin shook his head. "then dont open the door, they're all waiting for us, for you to went out. follow me instead." 

when joshua finally had pulled out his body away from the prince, thats the only moment he got back from breathing... because yeah, the prince never knew he could hold his breathe like the way he always did when soonyoung and him are close to each other! but of course, seokmin just shrugged those thoughts off and thought of maybe it is really natural that all alpha's can make every omegas to hold their breathes when they come close. and prince seokmin knew his ranking, was just an omega.

the prince just watched how joshua opened the door behind the huge statue, and once it had opened, the older gestured to follow him from behind which seokmin doesn't hesitate to do so as he followed joshua from behind. it is like a veranda or more like a backdoor, and when you went out from that door, you can see the back of this firm even that huge parking lot. and using the metal stairs, they started to go down from joshua's floor to the ground which they both knew can take much minutes. though despite of that, seokmin didn't complain as it was more safer than doing the same thing he did earlier at the entrance. 

joshua shot the prince a glance from behind him. "may i ask where did you get my personal mobile number?"

the prince had expected joshua to asked that specific question, because as per seungkwan said, joshua may be known and has a lot of packs and flings, but only few and can only count in your fingers how many has joshua's personal mobile number. and now, prince seokmin are one of those few people. 

"i got it from seungkwan."

the alpha furrowed his brows. "seungkwan? you mean, the boo seungkwan?" he seemed surprise as per how tone he used to ask the prince. 

seokmin nodded though joshua couldn't see since he was making his way down ahead of him of three steps from the stairs. "yes, the son of the billionaire. he's one of my closest friends."

"your effort really." joshua chuckled.

that made seokmin's eyes rolled. "dont get me wrong mister, seungkwan was the one who gave me your phone number and my friends suggested me to call you. and since you weren't answering and you kept telling me you're busy, they also pushed me to go here and find you! and because i do want to talk about the engagement, i was left no choice!"

though he didnt know why he's explaining, but something inside of him urges him to do so. which everything he uttered was true, he was never meant to even have some time and give efforts of finding joshua just to talk about that matter. it is because of his friends mostly from the advise of the great jeon wonwoo and seo myungho, he was left no choice. even when he got joshua's phone number, he never really meant to even know in first place.

that made joshua laughed as he shot the prince a glance. "easy your highness, i didnt even asked."

seokmin arched him a brow once. "i just want to inform you so you wont get full of yourself." he defended. 

"dont worry, i wont get full because of you."

their eyes met for a second, and thats enough for the prince to see how attractive joshua was the moment the latter's side of his lips rose up right after saying those words. seokmin can only looked away. 

he chuckled. "good because i dont like you."

it took them some minutes before they finally got to the ground floor directly to the parking lot to where they could see the car, the prince used, the driver and his eunuch thats been waiting for him to come back. joshua firstly made sure that no one can see the prince before he signalled the younger to go to where the people waiting for him, which the prince gladly followed prolly was also scared and afraid that he might gone through what he had earlier, as he made his way to where their car was parked. 

"your highness!" 

seokmin rolled his eyes yet he stopped from his tracks and unconsciously turned his head behind him, seeing nothing but joshua standing to where they stood a minute ago. 

he arched him a brow. "what, mister?" 

they had an eye contact for a second before joshua was the one who looked away for seokmin didnt know why. 

the prince snickered. "if we have nothing to talk about, i should probably go then. see you next week, my soon to be fiance."

seokmin let out a contempt smile before he turned his back again from joshua and finally had his way to where the car was parked.
