Aisha: So Tima have y'all set a date for the wedding?

Fatima: We actually have. It's going to be October 18

Aisha: Ok then. That'll be here before you know it.

Fatima: Tell me about it.

Aisha: Are you ready?

Fatima: No but yes?

Aisha: Well you better get ready.

Over at Fatima's parents house.

Jordan: So have y'all set a date for the wedding?

Zac: We have. It's going to be October 18

Jordan: it'll be here before you know it.

Zac: Yes, and I'm scared asf.

James: Why?

Zac: Because, I've never done anything like this before in my life. I've never even seen it.

Over at the store.

Anita: You think Zac's ready?

Fatima: I feel like he's ready, he's just scared. His parents weren't together and they weren't even in his life. Zac been on his own since 6, in and out the system until he was old enough to be on his own.

Anita: Zac's a very strong man. And he deserves you.

Fatima: we deserve each other.

Over at the house.

Zac: I can't wait to make her my wife tho. I love her to death. Fatima is a very strong woman. She's nothing like I've ever seen or had before in my lifetime.

James: Yes, Ive raised her to love people for them and not for what they can bring. Because you can gain everything today, and lose it all in the same breath.

Zac: That's true. That's very true

Over at the store.

Aisha: Sis is that Ian?

Fatima: That's definitely him.

Ian: Hey Ms.Anita how are you?

Anita: Hey Ian, I'm good and how are you?

Ian: I'm good myself.

Anita: That's good.

Ian: Fatima! Aisha!

Fatima: Mom what else we need?

Anita: That's all.

Fatima: Well, can we leave?

Anita: yes, take care Ian.

Fatima walks off.

Aisha: You good sis?

Fatima: Yes, I'm good.

Aisha: You sure?

Fatima: yes.

They went to checkout and leave. Ian stops them.

Ian: Fatima can we talk.

Fatima: Fuck you Ian.

Fatima gets in the car.

Anita: Baby you good?

Fatima: yes ma'am, I'm good.

They leave to headed back to the house. The car was dead silent the whole way back.

Over at the house

Jordan: That clown ass Nigga Ian, fucked my sister up.

Zac: Yea, I heard about that fuck Nigga.

Jordan: yes, I still wanna beat that fuck Nigga ass.

The women has arrived back to the house.

James: Sounds like the women are back.

The men go into the house.

Anita: well hello men. Y'all look like y'all can use some dinner.

James: Can always use a good meal.

Anita: Well go wash up and it'll be right up.

Fatima goes upstairs. Zac sees that she's a lil off so he go check on her.

Zac: Baby you okay? ( Hugs her )

Fatima: Yes, baby I'm good. I just don't feel good.

Zac: Want me to get you anything?

Fatima: yes, I'm about to get a shower can you join me the lay down with me until I fall asleep.

Zac: I can definitely do that.

Fatima mom knocks on the door. Zac opens it.

Anita: baby you okay? You need me to get  you anything?

Fatima yes ma'am, I'm good. And no. I'm just going to take a shower and lay down.

Anita: okay baby, be back to check on her.

Zac and Fatima gets in the shower.

Back downstairs.

Aisha: Mom you think she's going to be okay.

Anita: She will be, she got Zac if she doesn't.

Aisha: That's some tough stuff she went through.

Anita: Going through something like that is hard, but she's healing and she will get through it.

Aisha: I hope so.

Back upstairs.

Zac and Fatima are getting out the shower. They dry off, put their clothes on and laid down.

Zac: Baby you tensed up, you sure you okay.

Fatima: Yes baby, I'm fine.

Zac: okay

Zac rubbed her back until she falls asleep.

Zac goes back downstairs

Anita: hey baby, is she okay?

Zac: I'm not sure, but she's sleeping right now.

Anita: okay, well have a seat.

Zac sits down and they talked. A couple hours went by and Fatima wakes up and Zac is laying in bed watching tv.

Fatima: baby what time is it?

Zac: like 3am

Fatima: Damn I slept that long?

Zac: Yea you slept a long time. I didn't wanna wake you, you seem like you needed the rest so I just let you sleep. Are you feeling any better.

Fatima: no not really, but I'm okay.

Zac: you want something to eat?

Fatima: No, I really don't have an appetite.

Zac: well do you wanna watch tv with me?

Fatima: sure. We can do that.

Fatima laid in his arms and they watched tv until they fell asleep.
