Fatima is downstairs cooking breakfast for Zac and herself While he's upstairs sleeping. 20 mins later he comes downstairs.

Fatima: Well good morning handsome. How did you sleep?

Zac: Good morning beautiful. I slept good, thanks to you. ( kisses her )

Fatima: I bet you did.

Zac: So watcha got planned for today?

Fatima: I think ima spend the day with the ladies and have lunch or something. What about you?

Zac: Okay then. I guess I'll meet up with the boys while y'all are out.

Fatima: I think that'll be a good for you.

Zac: Baby I love you ( walks up to her and kisses her )

Fatima: I love you too baby. But what's going on? What's on your mind?

Zac: You're just so amazing. And I just wanna thank you for last night.

Fatima: Baby why are you thanking me? It's my job to make sure my husband is okay.

Zac: I know baby. But-

Fatima: No buts. Look baby, you are my heart and I be damn if I let you hurt alone.

Zac: Baby why couldn't she love me like she love my brother and sister? She chose them why couldn't she choose me too?

Fatima: Baby those are questions that only she can answer.

Zac: I'm not a bad person.

Fatima: No you're not. You're a good man.

Fatima: Baby come sit. Let's talk.

They say down at the table.

Fatima: I need you to have a conversation with your mom. And before you say anything hear me out. Baby you need to tell her how you feel and get the closure that you need so that you can fully heal. I understand what it's like not to have closure and I can see that it's still hurting you. And I don't want you to continue to live with this resentment in your heart towards her. You have a daughter and one day will have a son that's going to look up too you.

Zac: But what if I don't get the answers I'm looking for.

Fatima: You might not get the answers you're looking for. But at least you get the closure that you need.

Zac: If I decided to meet up with her, can you be there with me?

Fatima: Ofc I can. I will be there right by your side all the way.

Zac: How did I get so lucky with a strong woman like you?

Fatima: Baby I've been through a lot in my life, Shit I didn't think I would survive. I'm strong because I have to be, not because I need to be. I'm not perfect baby, and I don't ever want you to look at me as being perfect. I have a past just like you, I also have my days just like anybody else. But baby I fight, and I never give up. Although It can be hard at times, I push through. And not only that we have a beautiful baby girl that I have to be strong for.

Zac: I don't ever wanna be like my parents. Ava deserves better than the life I grew up in.

Fatima: Zac stop doing that to yourself. You're far from being like your parents. You're better than them. Our baby girl loves and adores her father. There's no book on how to be a good mother or father. And although you had neither. You're doing a damn good job at being a wonderful father.

Zac: I do the best that I can, because I don't ever want her to feel the pain that I've dealt with.

Fatima: And your best is all that you can do. Zac I always tell you that you don't have to be perfect for me. And you don't have to be perfect for Ava. Baby I know your heart. And you're a damn good man.

Zac: I appreciate you for understanding and also looking out for my best interest. I know that having that conversation with her will be hard but it's important and it's needed.

Fatima: It is and I will be here every step of the way. You need to cry, hell I'll cry with you.

Zac: Thank you baby. And I love you.

Fatima: I love you too baby.

They finished eat cleaned up and went upstairs and got ready.

Zac: Damn you look good. Keep on and you want be leaving this house.

Fatima: lol boy you something else.

Zac: I know ( laughing )

Fatima: I'm about to head out. You behave yourself while you wait the boys.

Zac: Oh baby you ain't got nothing to worry about. I'm all yours.

Fatima: Oh I already know that.

Zac: I love you baby and call me when you get to where you're going.

Fatima: I will baby and I love you more. ( kisses him)

Fatima walks out the house and Zac puts Ava in her car seat and Fatima headed out.
