After two months, Fatima is finally back at work.
Jasmine: Good morning Ti, you look good sis.
Fatima: Good morning Jas, and so do you. It's the glow for me tho. What's that about?
Jasmine: I'm just happy and in love.
Fatima: Oh I can see it. And it looks good on you.
Jasmine: Well thank you.
Fatima: Is Andi in?
Andi: I'm right here, and I need to talk to you.
Jasmine: Well you lady's have a wonderful day.
Fatima: You too jas.
Fatima and Andi walked to her office.
Andi: Ti
Fatima: What's wrong. Don't tell me you're pregnant.
Andi: What? No, not that.
Fatima: Then what?
Andi: I'm finally meeting up with him?
Fatima: Him who?
Andi: My dad.
Fatima: Woww. It's really happening.
Andi: Yes and I'm nervous.
Fatima: I know you are, but everything going to be okay.
Andi: What am I supposed to ask him.
Fatima: For the truth.
Andi: I just don't want to hit him with a whole bunch of questions too soon.
Fatima: Sis it's been years. If he doesn't owe you anything else, he owes you that.
Andi: I guess you're right.
Fatima: So what time y'all meeting up?
Andi: At 10
Fatima: He's coming here?
Andi: This the only place I felt comfortable enough to meet him at.
Fatima: I feel you on that.
Andi: You got any meetings today?
Fatima: I have a client who supposed to come by at 9:30
Andi: is that the only one?
Fatima: I have another one at 12
Andi: Well how are my Godbabies?
Fatima: they're good. Zion got his first shots the other day.
Andi: Girl he's so handsome and perfect.
Fatima: He's Ava twin. And Ava such a good big sister.
Andi: Facts
Fatima phone rings.
Fatima: Hello!
Faith: Hey Fatima, I'm here.
Fatima: Okay, I will be right up to get you.
Faith: Okay..
They hang up
Fatima: Well I guess we'll finish this conversation later.
Andi: Okay then.
Andi left and Fatima went to get Faith.
Jasmine: I was just about to call you.
Fatima: It's okay, I got her.
Faith: Good morning.
Fatima: Good morning Dr.Faith, right this way.
They walked to her office. And sat down at her desk.
Faith: Was you able to find anything?
Fatima: apparently he's been living under the radar. Because all I could find out is that, he just got finished doing a 30 year bid for murder and he's living in Ohio. Nothing shows that he's married or have any other children.
Faith: So he's out?
Fatima: Yes. He's been out for a couple months now.
Faith: Oh wow
Fatima: He haven't tried contacting you?
Faith: I wouldn't know. I block unknown callers.
Fatima: Well would you wanna meet up with him.
Faith: I'm not sure what I'll say to him.
Fatima: How old was you when he went away?
Faith: I never had the chance of meeting him. My mom left when she was pregnant with me.
Fatima: Oh wow
In Andi's office.
Aaron: First off I just want to apologize for not reaching out to you back then. It was never my intention to put you in this situation. So I'm sorry.
Andi: Why now tho?
Aaron: Because I felt I owe you the truth.
Andi: Why did you do it?
Aaron: To protect my family. I was well known in the streets and when I met your mom, I fell in love with her at first sight. Camille was my best friend, she was my heart. We got married a year of dating then a year later got pregnant with you. My life felt complete.
Andi: So what happened?
Aaron: Life happened. I was trying to do the right thing but end up in the wrong situation. One of my young boys was sleeping with one of the rivers old lady and it led to a war. And so I did 30 years behind it.
Andi: Do I have any siblings?
Aaron: You have one sister.
Andi: Do you know where she's at?
Aaron: I don't, her mom left when she was pregnant with her. She didn't say where she was or anything. She just up and left.
In Fatima's office.
Fatima: That's sad she just up and left like that. I get why, but at the same time she robbed you and him from having a relationship.
Faith: It used to hurt, but I forgave her. And so I healed from it.
Fatima: Forgiveness is hard but it's needed.
Faith: You can say that again.
Fatima: ima see what I can do to get you in contact with him.
Faith: Thank you so much Fatima. I owe you.
Fatima: You're welcome and know you don't. This is me helping out a friend in need.
Faith: Well I will see you later.
Fatima: I'll walk you out.
Faith: Okay
Fatima walks out Faith.
Fatima: Well I'll talk to you later.
Faith: Okay!
In Andi's office.
Andi: I will do the best I can to find her.
Aaron: Thank you for meeting up with me. I really would like to have both of you together one day.
Andi: I would love that too..
Andi walked her dad out.
