Aftermath

They car ride back to the house was quiet. They just listen to music. 30 mins later they make it back home. Zac and Fatima got the babies and went into the house.

Zac: Baby ima go put the babies down

Fatima: Wait baby, sis I'll be right back.

Aisha: No worries sis, take your time.

They went upstairs to put the babies down.

Fatima just hugged Zac and he embraced her.

Zac: It's gonna be okay baby. I got you.

Fatima: It's just been a crazy day/night

Zac: It really has but things will work itself okay.

Fatima: Ima go back down and get her situated and I'll be back up.

Zac: Okay baby. I love you

Fatima: I love you too baby.

Fatima went back downstairs.

Fatima: Sis you gonna be okay?

Aisha: I just wanna sleep tonight off.

Fatima: You need anything?

Aisha: Just some towels so I can shower.

Fatima: It should be some in the guest bedroom.

Aisha: Well sis, ima shower and go to bed. I will see you in the morning.

Fatima: Okay sis goodnight, I love you.

Aisha: Goodnight sis, I love you too.

Upstairs

Zac has ran them a hot bath so that they could relax from the long night they just had.  Fatima gets in and laid her head back on his chest.

Zac: Baby.

Fatima: Yes?

Zac: What's going on in that head of yours?

Fatima: I'm just thinking.

Zac: You're worried about her aren't you?

Fatima: I just know my sister and I know when she's there it's not good.

Zac: What you mean?

Fatima: Let's just say it's not a good place to be for anyone.

Zac: You think she's going to be okay?

Fatima: I hope so. I just don't want her to go back to that place.

Zac: Baby all we can do for her is pray for her and hope for the better. She's got a group of strong women standing beside her.

Fatima: And about this morning. I'm owe you an apology, for how I reacted. I shouldn't have reacted in that manner, and I'm sorry.

Zac: Baby you don't have to apologize, And I don't want you to ever think that I will hurt you like that, because I wouldn't.

Fatima: I know you wouldn't. It's just that after having Zion, I just being going through all these emotions especially after what happened. And we haven't had sex since before had him. I don't want you to feel like I'm neglecting your needs.

Zac: Baby sex isn't what I'm focused on right now. You healing not only physically but also mentally and emotionally is all I'm focused on right now. I need you to be okay.

Fatima: And appreciate that.

Zac: Ti, I love you and our children more than anything in this world. And I want us to always be honest with each other no matter how ugly it is.

Fatima: Honestly is all I'll ever expect baby you know that.

Zac: So, about this morning. I know that I was wrong. And I apologize for not calling you to check in with you, That's on me. But truth is-

Fatima: Shhh, baby whatever it is doesn't matters. Let's just live in this moment right here, tonight was enough. I just wanna relax and enjoy this time with my husband.  Can we do that?

Zac: Yes baby we can.

They relaxed and talked.

Zac: Baby you remember that plane ride.

Fatima: How could I not. Your ass was calling my name. ( laughing )

Zac: Ummm, that would be you.

Fatima: I might was but that was the day I got pregnant with baby boy. Then again that whole trip was wild, I could've gotten pregnant anytime.

Zac: It definitely one for the books.

Fatima: I enjoyed myself with everybody. It was a vibe and a much needed one.

Zac: I did as well. Woww, come to think about it, it was when Aisha and Mike got married.

Fatima: Damn, it sure was. I just hate this for the both of them. It just could've been handled differently.

Zac: You right it could have.

Fatima: I never want my sister to hurt.

Zac: No sister does. But she's grown and she has her own life to live. I just feel like it was nobody business but there's.

Fatima: You right it wasn't anyone business but there's.

Zac: That's what happens when liquor and emotions mix.

Fatima: Facts.

They got out the tub, showered, did there nightly routine, and got in the bed.

Zac: Its been a long night. I guess will start over in the morning.

Fatima: You can say that again.

Zac: Goodnight my queen. I love you

Fatima: Goodnight my king, I love you too.

They embraced each other with a kiss and drifted off to sleep.
