That night we decided to give my mom the night off and sent her to the hotel spa. We got the kids ready and went to the hotel restaurant that was very kid friendly.
"So, we wanted to talk to you guys about something..." Lloyd said, and he grabbed my hand that was on the table.
"Are you having a baby?!" Tula asked excitedly and I sighed.
"No sweetie, we aren't having another baby. Dad and I have you and your brother. You both are perfect and we don't want any more kids." I said and she looked a little upset.
"I'm tired of being the baby." She grumbled and I looked at Lloyd and he sighed.
"Hey, come on. It's not that bad. You usually get your way being the baby." Lloyd said and I dug my nails into his hand I was holding. He growled at me.
"Anyways...dad and I wanted to talk to you about moving once the vacation is all over." I said and they looked at us oddly.
"Moving to where?" Preston said.
"Well, a town in Massachusetts called Cambridge. It's near where I went to college and played football." Lloyd said and I rolled my eyes.
"Still can't believe you went to Harvard to play football." I mumbled and Lloyd smiled at me.
"I liked being the exception." Lloyd said.
"So, we wouldn't live in Croatia anymore?" Preston asked and I shook my head.
"We could keep the place and visit but no, we wouldn't be staying." I said and the kids looked at each other.
"Would we get to go to a normal school?" Preston asked and I nodded.
"Well, a private school but yes a school nonetheless." I said.
"What about grandma?" Tula asked.
"She would be moving with us." I said.
"Can we get a dog?!" Tula asked excitedly and I looked at Lloyd.
"We can talk about a dog." Lloyd said and I leaned over and kissed his cheek. I smiled at him.
"So, you guys are all okay with moving? Have something new?" I asked and they nodded.
"Moving could be fun." Preston said and Tula nodded. I smiled at Lloyd, and he nodded.
"Good. Mom and I miss normal life." Lloyd said.
"Normal life...a house again."
"When did you ever live in a house mama?" Tula asked.
"Way before you were even born. Before your brother was even born." I said and Lloyd nodded.
We didn't say anything for a minute, and I looked up seeing the guy from the other day sitting at the bar watching us.
"Hey, I'll be right back. I'm heading to the restroom." I said and Lloyd nodded. I stood and I leaned down and kissed Lloyd. I walked past the man. As I headed down the hallway to the restroom, I felt the man following me. I went into a dark doorway and went he went to follow, he was met by me holding my gun in his face.
"Woah hey! No need for a gunfight little girl." He said.
"Why are you watching me and my family?!" I asked annoyed.
"Well, it is nice to see your husband decided to come and join his family. Must feel like your can't hold your own. Been out of the game too long. You're probably rusty." He said and I groaned. I cocked the gun and pointed back in the guy's face.
"Not too rusty." I said and he didn't say anything. "Leave me and my family alone. I don't know who you work for or whatever, but we have nothing to do with it." I said and he chuckled.
"Actually, you have everything to do with it. You and your son. Cherish him, cherish your family." He said.
"You keep saying that...why?!" I asked.
"Because it's what I mean. I'll be seeing you around." He said. I heard a commotion behind me pulling my attention away and I looked, and the guy was gone. I looked everywhere for him, but I couldn't see him. I put the gun away and calmed myself down and headed back to the table. As I was got back Lloyd looked at me.
"You okay?" Lloyd asked and I nodded.
"Yeah..." I said and looked at Preston and sighed with a smile.

That night Lloyd and I were lying in bed and my head was on his chest and I sighed.
"So, you going to tell me why you went to the restroom at dinner and then came back shaking?" Lloyd asked and I looked up at him.
"What are you talking about?" I asked and he huffed a laugh.
"Jovi, you can't lie to me anymore." Lloyd said and I laughed.
"It's okay, it's dealt with." I said and Lloyd sat up.
"What is?!" Lloyd asked.
"The guy from before when I got here was at dinner and followed me. He just told me that I needed to cherish Preston and my family." I said and Lloyd groaned sitting up, I followed suit.
"Jovi! You have to tell me these things! I have to protect you!" Lloyd said and I shook my head.
"I can protect myself." I said and he groaned.
"I know you can but Jo, I can't lose you. I almost lost you before -..." Lloyd said, and I sighed. We rarely talking about when I was giving birth to Tula and Lloyd almost lost both of us. One of the main reasons we didn't have any kids after Tula.
"And I'm still here, so is Tula. Your Pumpkin and Sunshine are perfectly fine." I said and Lloyd gave a small smile and looked down at me.
"What are we going to do about this guy?" Lloyd asked and I shrugged.
"I don't know because I don't even know who he is." I said and Lloyd groaned.
"Next time, don't go alone." Lloyd said and I nodded. We laid back down and he hovered over me. "I can't lose you Jovi." Lloyd said and I smiled.
"Easy Hansen, you soft side is showing." I said and shook his head.
"You and your smart mouth." Lloyd said.
"Then do something about it." I said and he growled leaning down and passionately kissing me.
