☆ 3rd person POV ☆
(I/n) glanced at Princess Anemone lovingly, having a wide grin spread on her (s/c) snout. The silver bracelet with shards of (f/g) twinkle against her scales. But, there was an odd glint in her (e/c) eyes, and Qibli seemed to notice it...
Qibli frowned as he noticed almost a pinkish hue to (I/n)'s eyes. As Turtle was also (I/n)'s friend as well as his, he decided to inform the anxious SeaWing about it. As usual, Turtle got worried, especially since he connected the dots that his sister, Anemone, is most likely behind this.
While Anemone was distracted with Darkstalker, Qibli asked (I/n) to follow him to his shared sleeping cave with Winter. Surprisingly, Turtle was there, clutching a stick??? (I/n) had no idea what that was about.
" Turtle, could you please enchant (I/n)'s bracelet as well? Only to reveal any other enchantments. I don't think her mind is her own... ", Qibli inquired in a soft voice, gently taking his amber golden earring off, giving it to the emerald-green SeaWing.
" Fine... I do want her to go back to normal. ", Turtle reluctantly agreed, extending his talon towards (I/n)'s bracelet.
Slowly, a message appeared on a scroll near (I/n). Her (e/c) eyes widened in horror. How could the SeaWing princess do that to her?
' Enchant this bracelet to make (I/n) love me, Anemone, as much as I love her. ', The message read.
(I/n) immediately ripped the silver bracelet off her (s/c) talon. She threw it hard to the ground, smashing some of the (f/g) that was embedded into it. Tears flowed from her (e/c) eyes, cooling off immediately as they slid down her (s/c) cheeks.
Qibli frowned, coming over to her. He opened his wings, inviting her into a hug. (I/n) flung herself into his sandy-yellow talons. He allowed her to sob, wincing at the sharpness of her serrated claws, but not letting go, caressing her (s/c) back, avoiding her spines.
Darkstalker suddenly appeared in the doorway. Which startled Turtle, causing him to scrabble to the back wall. He was about to open his mouth to say something, but then he spotted (I/n) sobbing her eyes out, which made him grimace, and walk away.
- Timeskip -
(I/n) shook her head, hating the heat of the Kingdom of Sand, Winter agreeing. She flapped her (s/c) wings harder to stay in the desert air. Why couldn't it be cold like her home? Now, she missed the temperature at Jade Mountain. It was hotter there than she would like, but it was WAY better than this!
" What's that? ", Winter suddenly spoke, pointing to a dragon, who was drinking from a small desert pool.
" It's Anemone! I thought she was with Darkstalker! What's she doing all the way out here? ", Qibli gasped, recognizing grayish blue and the pink scales of the SeaWing.
