09. Her fingers play prodigy.
Rayne's eyes travelled to the next paragraph as she read the twenty third chapter of the most boring book ever published.
Alec and Rayne were sitting at backseat of the rescue car. While the quiet 19-year-old read the book with unwavering interest, Alec watched the invisible point of interest in her face, that didn't even budge to his side.
It was nearly night time and being the leader on the road, Alec decided that they should check into a hotel for a few days, by the ends of which they will travel in a new jet .
Chasity was already in the hotel and after good fifteen minutes of what people call boredom, turned into hoop of relief for both of them. As they drove by, the last minutes of quietness amused them.
After what Chasity decided, Alec and her were in the same room while Rayne acquired the room next to them.
'19:29', Rayne saw the clock, as she frantically knocked the door beside hers .
Chasity opened it, " What do you want? "
"I am going to a park near by. Will be back by dinner", she asked for the permission.
" Does it looks like I care?"
"What's going on? ", Alec interrupted. He was just wearing towel around his troso. He thought that Rayne would probably pay attention to his perfectly sculpted chest, but indeed he was wrong.
Chasity wore, a tank top fit for a sixth division girl with shorts. Rayne was dressed as always . Her style was nerdy but it suited her well.
"She wants to go to the park nearby", Chasity squeaked .
"I will be back before dinner", Rayne mouthed in a jiffy .
"Fine", he muttered .
"Thanks ", she rushed with her bag.
She reached the park and spotted what she was looking for, the sweet stand. She spotted it when they were going to the hotel.
She went there and bought some sweets.
Sitting on a nice public bench she pulled out her musical instrument and begin to play it in full indulgence while she chugged on some sweets.
"You play good", a girly voice grimaced. Rayne smiled. "Can you teach me? "
"Sure," Rayne gladly accepted.
