Chapter 13

13. Her looks are mesmerizing.

When he said to close the door, a glint of fear swarmed across Rayne's eyes for a small second.

She had no idea what was going to happen. She did noticed the shopping bags but she didn't have enough courage to ask.

He cleared his throat before saying, "I said close the door."

Rayne followed as he had told.

He then, emptied all the shopping bags that contained a full outfit.

"Wear this all. You have ten minutes and look presentable", he said and leaned onto the bed with his arms around the back of his head.

Rayne stared at him but quickly took the dress and rushed to the bathroom.

She washed her face and put on the floral dress and sprayed some scent. She smeared some body lotion on her exposed body and tied her hairs into a pony tail. She completed her face with a small amount of lip gloss.

It took almost seven minutes and she was ready.

Then she unlocked the bathroom door after taking a long breathe to calm her down.

When she entered the room, she saw Alec, who was still lying on the bed completely lost in listening to Rayne's iPod and probably didn't pay attention to his surroundings.

Rayne sighed and sat on the other side of the bed and leaned a little to wear the footwear.

Alec came to his senses as he felt the side of the bed being sank. He looked at her back and smiled.

She was wearing those ballets when a hand was placed on hers. She tensed under the touch and looked to the owner, who was none other than Alec.

He pushed Rayne's hands away and slid the sandals on her foot. He just smiled through this. After completing this, he got up and slid his index finger across his chin, probably trying to figure something out.

"Let it loose",he gushed .

"What?", Rayne was still confused.

"Let your hair loose", he said while plucking the rubber band out. "Now stand up."

She did and smoothed her dress a little.

"You look beautiful",he complimented, totally mesmerized by her looks.

She couldn't help but blush.
"Umm...thanks."

He smiled."Go wait by the car. I will be right back."

She stomped her feet against the hotel floor in the process of going down.

On the other hand, Chasity caked up her face with branded makeup.

After Rayne left, Alec changed into the suit that Rayne chose in her room and then after looking the room he went to his room, probably to give some touch ups.

Ten minutes later , Chasity and Alec walked downstairs.

Chasity's smile faded as she saw Rayne leaning against their car, all dressed up and pretty .

"What is she doing here?", she asked with gritted mind .

"The party invitation was for three. Shawn wanted to see her .Sorry baby",Alec answered.

"Whatever," she made her way towards Rayne and muttered, "You ugly little brat, we are only taking you because Shawn wanted to see you. Don't embarrass me!"

Rayne just nodded.

Shawn was James' friend and when he came to know about Rayne he wanted to meet her.

This party was going to bring a lot but little did they know about it.
