At the hospital

With Chansung
_______________________

There is Chansung, lying on the bed in a hospital with heavy wounds caused by the fire.

As he lays there, he hears a woman's voice, speaking, with a male one.

Chansung isn't familiar with the male voice, but he knows that woman's voice.

The voice that belongs to a person who hurt his favourite person a lot.

He wants nothing more than to just stand up and slap her, but he's not someone that hurts people, especially elderly, childr, n or women. He will not let his emotions control him and get the best of himself.

"Why are you here?" He asks with a hoarse voice.

"What do you mean? Can't I be here to see my son's boyfriend?" She asks, faking a pout.

"Layla, you're the last person I'd let see Jisung or me after all the shit you've done." Chansung whisper-screams, his voice hurts too much to speak.

"How rude you are. That's exactly one of the reasons on why he should date a girl and not a boy. Also someone like you." She says calmly and adds, "How sad, love can turn someone to such a pathetic person." She sighs and shakes her head.

"How sad it is for a mother to not accept her child for not being straight and making him insecure, as she only thinks about herself. They are too dumb to listen, as they do so." He copies her actions.

"You don't know anything. You don't know how fucking hard it can be to raise a child and have him act good." She says madly.

"I know that parenting is hard, but if a parent can't accept their child for being who they are, I can't do much, than hate them. They get what they give." He shrugs. "And now leave. If you won't, I will call someone to get you out of here and never let you back in." Chansung says and looks out of the window, as she leaves quietly.

When he turns around to make sure she left, he sees a note on his table. More like a card, which didn't seem to be empty.

When he opens it, money falls out of it and a 'small' text is written on the right side of the card.

"I hope to see you gone, until I come back. If you haven't left until then, something will happen to Jisung. You wouldn't like that, would you? I give you two options. Fake your death or just leave the hospital tonight. The money in the envelope will help you to do so. If you choose the second option, return the rest of the money please, after using some of it. The rest is up to you."

Chansung's eyes glide over the text and he realizes, that both options wouldn't only hurt him, but also Jisung. He doesn't want to hurt Jisung.
