"Hey!" Cristina and Mer says sitting up as a ball flies pass them
"That coulda hit us!" Mer says
"Careful" Cristina says to Alex
"Nice hustle" Alex replies sarcastically
"Karev throw the ball" Mark yells
Alex tosses the ball to Mark who throws it to Arizona who dodges it
"Come on!" Derek exclaims
"Robbins, don't be afraid of it" Hunt says
"It flew at my head" the blonde replies as she struggles to pick the ball up
"Sloan, hey Sloan" Derek says trying to get the attention of Mark who's currently making out with his new girlfriend julia
Lexie takes her place as Altman begs Hunt to let her pitch
"We're fine. Shepherd throws an unbeatable screwball, all right? Now, little Grey, let's go!"
Derek tosses the ball at Lexie who hits it flawlessly
Madelyn finally looks up from her phone only to see the team form seattle pres has arrived
"Hunt, I gotta go." Derek says "Lexie, we got a consult"
"Can I ride with you?" Madelyn asks her brother
"Yeah, let's go"
So Madelyn, Derek and Lexie all head back to the hospital

Madelyn is on Callie's service toady, lucky for her this patient is also a trauma patient so she's getting the best of both worlds
"What do we have" Hunt asks as he enters the room with April, Madelyn glances up at the sound of a voice but quickly looks back down only to return her gaze when she realises Aprils here, her eyes follow the redhead who is looking everywhere but at the Shepherd girl
"Carl Shatler, sanitation worker, mid 30's. Fell of the back of a garbage truck then hit but a car backing out of a driveway" the paramedic answers
"Okay, bungalows are stable but he has multiple contusions, scalp lac, and obvious hand injuries" Callie says
"Carl? Carl, I'm Dr. Hunt. Do you know where you are? Can you hear me?" Owen asks as he examines the patient "GCS 10, and purples are equal and reactive. I'm gonna need the portable x-ray and ultrasound"
"Right away" April says
"Oh, this hand is hamburger, he's gonna loose some of this" Callie says to Madelyn
"God. No. No!" Carl complains
"Calm down!" Hunt says "Kepner, where is that ultrasound?"
