Madelyn heads towards an ambulance trailing behind Derek who's giving out orders "Adamson you're with me, Meredith with Bailey and Madelyn with Torres"
Madelyn celebrates after hearing she's with Callie, she LOVES Ortho
Derek continues talking about the patient "Tom Kates is in this ambulance"
"The quarter back?" Madelyn asks
"Yeah" Derek replies
"See photographers, call security" Callie says as the Doctors wait for the ambulance doors to open
"Tell your interns no autographs, no pictures. I see anyone pull out a camera phone, it's going in the toilet" Bailey threatens making Madelyn and Meredith share a look
"So the three of us on one patient?" Meredith asks
"Oh, come on" Reed says rolling her eyes at the girl
"He's a high profile patient, he gets a lot of attention" Bailey says shrugging
The ambulance opens and wheels Tom out "I though we agreed to stop meeting like this" Derek jokes
"Hey what can I say man I missed your smiling face" Tom replies
"Good to see you" Derek replies smiling at the man

Trauma room
"Get an x-ray on her for trauma series" Bailey says examining the man
"Tenderness in the left upper quadrant" Meredith says
"I'm gonna need a CT" Derek says
"I got it" Reed replies leaving the trauma room
"There's pain and crepitance in the knee" Madelyn says
"Uh get an x-ray on the left me with the trauma series" Callie orders
Toms wife walks into the trauma room holding their baby "I saw that hit, that was a bad hit, I knew the minute I saw it, I knew before you even hit the ground, that was bad"
"Hey hi sweetheart, that's my boy " Tom says ignoring his wife's concerns
"He's very cute" Derek says walking towards the woman
"Dr. Shepherd" Toms wife looks at the man
"He's gonna be fine, he'll be fine I can't have you in here with the baby"
"Give me a high-five, the littlest hi-Five in the world" Tom says as his wife lowers their baby to high five his Dad
"We'll come and find you the second me know what's going on" Bailey says
