Madelyn is walking with Meredith talking about the recent gossip of the hospital the harper avery is here 

Cristina comes out of nowhere and says "I misdiagnosed Harper Avery in front of Harper Avery. Do you know what that does to my chances of one day winning a Harper Avery?"

"Well, he could die before then. I mean, he could die today even" Madelyn says trying to offer support to the clearly distressed girl

"I just need to operate on my motorcycle daredevil guy, and I'll be fine" she says hopeful

Lexie comes up to them joins the three girls and asks "Is it true Harper Avery is here?"

"So Derek walked in on her naked this morning In Alex's bed" Meredith blurts out making Madelyn and Cristina gape at the younger girl

"Meredith!" Lexie whisper yells

"What? Oh, I'm just cheering her up. She's having a bad day. Be generous"

Cristina looks at Lexie "You know what? You can't be having feelings for Karev. He's like Meredith three years ago"

"I said that" Meredith says nodding at her friend

"I don't have feelings for Alex" Lexie defends

"Yes, you do. Your heart's, like, in your vɑgina" Madelyn says

"I said that" Meredith says again

"Oh, my God. You're all monsters" Lexie responds before storming off

"Love you too Lex!" Madelyn yells after the girl who ignores her

Derek approaches the trio "Yang, I heard you met Harper Avery"

"Did you know that pretty boy's grandfather was God?" Cristina asks the two girls

"I didn't know. That is kinda cool, though" Meredith says

"I thought It was obvious, no?" Madelyn replies

"Uh not obvious and No, it's not cool. Okay, he's an entitled brat with no skills except a really good bloodline" Cristina argues

"Leave the poor boy alone" Madelyn says to Cristina

"Oh that's coming from the girl that has 5 older siblings who are all doctors? Yeah okay. Or maybe you're just defusing him because you're still sleeping with him-" Cristian fights back

"Shut up" Madelyn's says sulking as she walks away

"It is not Jackson's fault that he's related to Harper Avery" Meredith defends

"Oh, whatever, Ellis Grey's daughter" Cristina says leaving Meredith and Derek alone

Jackson walks into his Grandfathers room to ask him a question "Grandpa. I, um, wanted to introduce you to some friends if you feel up for it"

"Bring 'em in" Harper agrees

"All right. Hurry up. Come on" Jackson says hurrying the residents in

Cristina, Lexie, Charles, and Alex walk into the room while Madelyn just stands in the doorway watching

Christina goes first "We met, um, uh..."

"Oh, yeah"

"Already this morning, and I, um, you were... I was..."

"Spit it out, Yang" Jackson says annoyed

"There was, uh, so much going on"

"Start with your name, and we'll go from there" Harper says

"Cristina Yang. It's, uh, it's an honor, sir. It's, um ..."

"It's nice to..." sharper eye but stops when's he's caught of guard by Cristina taking out her phone and snapping a picture with the man

"Thank you so much" she says walking out the man's room and bumping right into an amused Madelyn "Shut up" she says ignoring the girls laughter and walking away

Madelyn looks back into the room and sighs shaking her head and walking away not understanding what's so interesting about some dude, especially a narcissistic dude
