Reena wanted to share her thoughts with Rocky but she decided against it for two reasons one was Rocky was a bit unwell and he has started to trust and like Rohan. 

She felt Rocky pull her hand and she went near him and cuddled with him and caressed his hair. 

Meanwhile, Reya was lying wide awake, thinking, "I am pregnant now but with whose child? How will I find this out? Maybe I must meet Dr. Tanu, only she can help me in this regard." She slept thinking of ways to find out things and expose Rohan.

Reya took Priya to the hospital the next morning to meet Dr. Tanu. Dr. Tanu took Reya to the inner room to assess her. 

Reya used that opportunity to ask Dr. Tanu about her doubt and Dr. Tanu promised to help Reya in all ways and explained about the paternity test and arranged to collect Reya's samples secretly under the pretext of some tests. 

Reya understood everything and promised to bring Rohan's samples as early as possible.

That evening,

Reya was damn sure that Rohan would visit her that evening, so she had a plan in her mind to collect Rohan's hair samples. 

Reya was waiting in the living room for Rohan. Roeena entered the house together, smiled at Reya, and went to their room to freshen up before dinner.

 Reya was desperately waiting for Rohan and Priya came there to call her for dinner. "Reya Rohan will come, come and have your dinner." Said Priya. 

"I'll have dinner with Rohan, Ma." Said Reya looking at the entrance. Roeena came down and Rocky said, "Reya, you have my niece inside you and she will be hungry, so come and eat."

 "Yes, you will be only able to play with your niece and not your daughter. 

Even though my daughter got married after you, she is a mother now but your wife is not.

 This happens if a marriage does not take place without the blessings of the elders." Taunted Priya.

 Reena held Rocky's hand to control him. Reya did not pay much attention to Priya's words and she smiled broadly as she saw Rohan coming. 

She stood up to greet him. The others left giving privacy to the couple. Post dinner, Rohan was sitting on the couch with Ram and Priya engaged in some random conversation. 

She went near Rohan and sat on the arm of the couch and slowly ruffled his hair making Rohan flinch. "Oh, I am sorry Rohan my Ring got stuck in your hair, I'll take it." Said Reya, she pulled her ring away, and as she expected tufts of Rohan's hair got stuck on her ring.

 She smiled to herself and faked a yawn and left to her room. Once she was in her room, she carefully stores the hair samples in a small cover and kept it safely.

 Reya called Dr. Tanu to their house through the landline phone in the evening around six as Priya used to visit the temple every day around that time and Roeena and Ram would come home only around seven and that one-hour Reya would be alone.

 Dr. Tanu collected Rohan's samples and promised to give the results as early as possible. Reya had to wait patiently till she gets to know about the results. 

Every minute was like a year for her. 

On the other hand, Reena was observing Reya, she knew her friend well, but Reya lacked cheer. 

Reya's smiles and laughs were not from her heart. There was a mark of worry set in between her eyebrows, Reena wanted to ask her about it but she could not get Reya alone as Priya was always around her.

 On the other side, Rocky was observing Reena, he could see that her mind was in turmoil. He thought maybe her delayed Pregnancy was a reason for this. 

They rarely discussed kids, he just used to tease her about having a daughter. His mother's taunting words and looks might be a reason also.

Finally, after two days the results of the Paternity test came out, and Dr. Tanu sent the result through the post.

 And Reya managed to get hold of the letter before anyone else. She rushed to her room and ripped the envelope and took out the sheet of paper and read it quickly. 

She dropped the paper in shock and her hands reached her tummy automatically and tears poured out of her eyes. The result of the test was positive which means Rohan is the father of the baby. 

She heard Reena's voice calling her and she quickly wiped her tears away and took the paper and hid it inside a book and placed the book back on the shelf. 

Reena opened the door as Reya finished placing the book back on the shelf. Reya smiled at Reena to lighten the situation and Reena returned the smile and said, "Reya, I am not going to work today.

 So, why don't we have a good old talk and chill?" asked Reena hoping to find out what was going on in Reya's mind. Reya smiled and said, "I would love to Ree but I have to meet Rohan today, he wants me to join him for some business gathering." Replied Reya hoping that Reena would not catch her lie. 

Reena smiled and left the place still not convinced by Reya's answer. Reya opened her laptop and checked her mail. 

The person who had sent the mail to Reya had asked her to meet her in the parking space of Lifeline Hospital. 

Reya quickly left for her destination. And Priya went out to some gathering at some club and Reena was left alone in the house. Reena was standing on the balcony of her room enjoying the breeze as it was a cloudy day with no sun.

 As Reena closed her eyes visuals of Reya placing the book back flashed in her mind. Reena tried to brush those thoughts away, but her intuition was saying something wrong was going to happen.

 Finally, Reena went to Reya's room and took out that book, and found a paper inside. It was the result of the Paternity test! Reena was taken aback by shock and she didn't know how to react.

Note:

I did some research on the Paternity test, it can be done during Pregnancy but nine weeks into pregnancy. But I have changed it for the story, so kindly ignore the fact.
