CHAPTER-80

Shakthi walked Reya inside, and Reya ran around exploring everything. 

The house helps came out hearing Reya's excited voice and they saw her with Shakthi and looked at him.

 Back in the car, Rocky rubbed Reena's arms to make her feel better and said, "Last time when I brought you to this house as my wife, I failed my duty and let you suffer, but today I am bringing you back as the mother of my child and my wife. I promise you and Reya will never face the same again. I will surely stand by you and protect you." 

Reena tightened the hug and closed her eyes. 

"Baby, even I want to stay like this but we have to check on Reya." Said Rocky. 

Reena broke the hug and Rocky helped her to step down from the car Reena saw the front steps and remembered how she was dragged by Priya. 

Rocky held her hand tight and took her inside, they saw Reya talking with the house helps, Shakthi turned around and face Roeena and said, "Bhaiyya, Ram Uncle has taken Priya Aunty to meet Indrajit Dadi, they will come back tomorrow."

 "Does uncle or aunty know about our arrival?" asked Reena to Rocky. 

"No, I did not tell you anything about you both Papa, I just told you that I want to spend some time in Australia and I extended my stay. Papa does not know that we are coming today," said Rocky. 

The house helps saw Reena and were quite surprised to see her with a kid after years. 

They smiled and acknowledged her with happiness and Reena reciprocated the action.

 "Papa, I want to look around." Said Reya grabbing everyone's attention. 

Rocky nodded and looked at the house help and told them to prepare dinner and bring their bags from the car. 

Rocky lifted Reya and made her sit on his shoulders with her legs on either side of his neck and said, "So I am taking my princess for a tour around her house."

 Reena and Shakthi smiled and followed him, he showed Reya the garden, lawns and took her to the first floor, and showed her the swimming pool there. "Shwimmming pool" yelled Reya wanting to go there.

 Rocky made her stand near the pool and held her midriff tightly as Reya leaned a bit to touch the water. 

"Chilly," said Reya as she took her hands from the water.

 "Papa will teach you how to swim." Said Rocky picking her up again. 

He took her to an empty room, "This is your room baby." Said Rocky showing an empty room. 

"This?" asked Reya surprised.

 "Yes, but it's not ready yet, we'll design the interiors and set up a bed and your dolls and make it the way you like it." Said Rocky kissing her palms.

 Finally, they reached Roeena's room. 

Shakthi excused himself as he did not want to disturb the family. Reena looked around, the room looked the same with little changes, there were lots of photos of Rocky, Reena, and old Reya.

 Rocky sat on the couch with Reya on his lap and said, "Reya, this is our room."

 "But, Papa new room for me." Said Reya with a pout. 

"Of course, baby, until that room is ready, you will be with us." Said Rocky removing Reya's shoes. 

Reena joined them on the couch and looked at Rocky trying to remove Reya's shoes.

 She took them off and Rocky looked at Reya's feet, it was a bit pink with impressions. "Oh God!" panicked Rocky as he touched Reya's soft feet.

 "Shona, I think we must call the doctor." Said Rocky standing up and carrying Reya. 

"Oh, Rocky it's nothing." Said Reena trying to calm him. 

"Shona, my baby's feet are fully red and you are saying it's nothing." Said Rocky.

 "Rocky, it's because she wore those shoes for a long time, I'll give her a massage with some baby oil, then it will be fine." Said Reena making him sit. 

"Then do it now." Said Rocky carefully touching Reya's toes. 

Reena shook her head and found some baby oil in her bag she uses it to remove her eye makeup.

 She washed her hands and poured some oil in her hands and took Reya's feet and placed it on her lap and massaged them, while Reya munched on a granola bar sitting on Rocky's lap and Rocky was watching like an eagle so that Reena will not miss any spot-on Reya's feet.

 After finishing the massage Reena washed her hands again and went to shower, Rocky and Reya were surfing through the TV channels to find Reya's favorite cartoon, The smell of lavender in the air caught Rocky's attention, he knew the source of this smell is dearest wife.

 He turned to find Reena dressed in a simple white salwar kameez with silver piping. 

"Reya, come and change." Said Reena as she picked the protesting child. 

After a few minutes, Reya came out of the bathroom dressed in casuals. 

"Rocky go and change, it's past dinner time for Reya." Said Reena sitting on her bed after years. 

Rocky smiled and left for the bathroom, Shakthi came up to their room to call them for dinner.

 "Bhabhi, if you don't mind shall I take Reya down with me?" asked Shakthi rather hesitatingly. 

Reena smiled and nodded turned to Reya and told, "Reya, go with Shakthi Chachu, I will come down with Papa." Reya nodded and Shakthi carried her down.

 After Reya went Reena turned the TV off and went to the balcony for some fresh air. 

"Back to the place I started." Thought Reena to herself. 

She closed her eyes and thought about her life in Australia with Reya.

 She felt something wet and prickly on her cheek, she turned and found Rocky standing there with a smile. 

"I know, it's hard but try to forget things, Shona." Reena leaned on him and he tightened his hold on her.
