"Cooking with Dec?" Ant asked "I like it,simple and straight to the point"

"That's what I thought" Dec beamed.

"So when do you want to do this?" Ant enquired.

"How about Thursday?" Dec grinned.

"Thursday it is" Ant nodded.

So Dec announced his intentions to his fans on social media,which got everyone excited and as Thursday arrived,he started to feel slightly nervous.

"What are you so worried about?" Ant laughed.

"What if it goes wrong?" Dec frowned "what if I have loads of mishaps?"

"Then your fans will love you even more" Ant replied "this is meant to be fun remember?So just relax...now have you got everything you need?"

"Think so" Dec nodded.

"Maybe double check?" Ant suggested.

"Will be too late if I haven't" Dec shrugged "we're going live in twenty minutes"

Ant still urged him to check again.

"I've got onions,garlic,olive oil..." Dec began to recite his list.

"A LOT of olive oil?" Ant interrupted playfully,gently teasing Dec about his love of the stuff "and a LOT of tomatoes"

Ant nodded towards a bowl piled high with freshly chopped tomatoes that Dec had prepared earlier.

"Yeah" Dec grinned "I think the nerves got the better of me and I got a bit carried away"

"Looks like it" Ant laughed "got everything else?"

"Yeah" Dec grinned "tinned tomatoes,passata,balsamic vinegar...think that's everything"

"Your mum will be so proud that you're making her signature dish" Ant beamed "is she going to watch?"

"I hope so" Dec replied "if she feels up to it"

"So are you ready?" Ant asked as the scheduled time had almost arrived.

"I don't know" Dec frowned "why did I think this was a good idea?"

"Stop stressing will ya?" Ant shook his head playfully "as long as you don't burn the kitchen down,you'll be fine"

"Not helpful" Dec frowned.

"Okay,it's time" Ant announced as he was about to begin filming Dec "give us a kiss"

Ant puckered up his lips in anticipation and Dec happily obliged.

"Good luck" Ant smiled "and remember,just have fun with it"

"I'll film myself to start with" Dec suddenly decided "then pass the phone to you in a minute"

"Okay" Ant nodded.

Within a few moments of talking to his fans,Dec had already began to relax and feel less nervous,explaining to them why he had ended up in Athens and what he was going to cook and it wasn't long before he was dancing around his kitchen and singing along to various songs,while chopping ingredients for his sauce.

One thing he often liked to point out to people was how to get the garlic smell off of his fingers after chopping it.

After explaining,he sniffed his fingers and announced "it does smell really good though,smells like a happy summer"

"When you're cooking" Dec continued "its nice to smell the garlic and onion...a little later on in the night...its not ideal"

He raised his eyebrows cheekily at the camera which made Ant smile.
