Part 5

Over the next few weeks,Ant and Dec got to know each other a lot better,with Ant happy to travel to London to fit in with Dec's hectic work schedule.

They had still only kissed,nothing more,but Ant knew it would be Dec who would share his first time making love and even though it hadn't been discussed any further,Ant hoped that once Dec moved into his new flat,the time would finally arrive.

Dec had also told Ant that when the time was right,he would tell him everything about his past,the good and the bad,even though he knew it would be a difficult conversation,there was so much that Dec had tried to block out from his childhood,but if his relationship with Ant was to work out,then it was only fair that they were honest with each other and as far as Dec knew,Ant might have some skeletons in his closet too.

Moving in day was getting closer and Ant was probably more excited than Dec about the event,insisting that he would come and help.

"You really don't have to" Dec had said "might be a bit chaotic"

"More reason to have help then" Ant beamed "and I want to anyway"

"Thought you might" Dec laughed.

"You're moving next Saturday right?" Ant asked.

"Yep" Dec nodded "thankfully not going too far"

"I think it's nice that you want to stay close to your family" Ant smiled.

"Yeah" Dec replied "we're very close and I'm going to spend so much time away on tour,so when I'm home,I want to be as near to them as possible"

"I totally get that" Ant smiled "so does that mean I'm finally going to get to meet them on Saturday?"

"Not sure I'm ready for that yet" Dec frowned "they're a handful"

"Well,isn't helping you move without coming into contact with them gonna be a bit tricky?" Ant mused.

"I've thought about that" Dec nodded "and maybe if you come up around lunchtime,then we'll probably have most stuff moved in,I've hired a removal van for 9am,I don't have much big stuff though,just my piano really,the rest is clothes and stuff like that"

Ant was feeling slightly hurt at the thought of being hidden away from Dec's family,but he understood that it was still early days in their relationship and from the little bits he'd heard about them,they were pretty intense and he had already vowed to himself that he would never make things more difficult for Dec.

"So what do you want me to do?" Ant enquired.

"You can help me unpack in the new place" Dec smiled "my furniture is being delivered this week"

"Ok" Ant nodded.

"And about next weekend Ant" Dec said with a cheeky smile.

"What about it?" Ant enquired.

"Well,after we've moved everything in on Saturday" Dec replied "do you...do...um..."

"Do I what?" Ant asked confused.

"Do you want to stay the night?" Dec asked sheepishly.

"Why are you being so bashful?" Ant laughed "you know it's all I've ever wanted since we first met,absolutely I'll stay the night...can't bloody wait"

"Good" Dec smiled and hugged Ant,who gazed at him lovingly.

"What?" Dec frowned "why are you looking at me like that"

"No reason" Ant grinned "other than I'm totally falling for you"

"Well" Dec replied cautiously "maybe I'm starting to fall for you too"
