"How did it go?" Jungkook asked jimin who looked like his soul was sucked out of his body.
"Bro." And a lonely tear escaped his eyes- just kidding. He actually was at the verge of crying though.
"Was it that bad?" Jungkook asked about the exam, concerned about him.
"Um, no.. but, there's actually another problem." Jimin gulped and glanced around. "Let's go to your place, I'll tell you."
"But, I gotta drop noona home..." He trailed off upon seeing jimin's glossy eyes. His head was bursting from pain already and he didn't want to upset jimin when he already looked drained.
"Okay okay. Let's go. I'll text tae hyung to pick noona up." Jungkook smiled as he put his hand on jimin's shoulder and made him sit in the car.
After a while, they reached jungkook's place. Jimin somewhat looked distracted but Jungkook knew that he's probably worried over nothing. It's still his responsibility as a best friend to make him feel better though.
"What? You're saying that.. he- Mr Min, asked you out? AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME? BRO?" Jungkook got hyper and jimin shook his head with a sigh.
"Look, I wasn't sure how to tell you this. I'm still nervous as heck. What should I do? I don't know anything? Help me." Jimin groaned as he pushed his hair back with his hand in frustration.
"First of all, do you like like him?" Jungkook asked as he gazed at jimin intensely.
Jimin swallowed harshly. "Uh... I'm kinda confused. I don't know if I like him or not but then... I couldn't even say no to him right away which is bugging me. He gave me time till the exams are over. And it's real soon. I don't have an answer." Jimin looked at him expectantly. He could only trust jungkook with this kind of thing.
"Okay, that's complicated. You should have asked for some more time if you weren't ready to answer. But wait- you couldn't deny... Doesn't that mean you wanted to know if you really wanted to date him or not? It's like you were sure that something's up with your feelings, right?" Jungkook pointed out making jimin lost in thoughts.
"Hmm, you're right." He muttered slowly.
"You just have to trust your heart. You might not be ready to be in a relationship but if you are sure about your feelings then it will be easier for you. So think about it properly. Also, don't take stress because if you're worried about him losing feelings for you after you perhaps reject him and then later realizing your true feelings, don't worry because if he truly likes you then rest assured, he will not go anywhere." Jungkook tried his best to comfort him and make him feel at ease.
Jimin needed to let go of the worries or he wouldn't be able to concentrate on exams which is more important as for now.
