"What?!" The creature gasped, eyes wide in shock as it stared at Y/n. After a few moments of silent staring, it sputtered in disbelief. "You ain't supposed to be awake!"

Though the creature's presence registered in her mind, Y/n's attention remained fixated on her surroundings. She slowly scanned the room, her eyes falling on the strange sight before her. "Floating... coffins?" she murmured quietly, more intrigued by the bizarre setting than the creature in front of her.

"Oh-ho! You got a lotta nerve ignoring me, human!" the creature growled, his voice sharp and irritated, snapping Y/n out of her thoughts.

"Hm?" Y/n blinked, turning her gaze back to the creature, her curiosity piqued.

Standing before her was a peculiar creature resembling a cat. Its fur was a mix of grey with a white patch on its chest, and its paw pads were a soft pink. Electric blue flames flickered from its ears, adding an eerie glow to the already strange scene. Its eyes, too, were a bright, unnatural blue, almost glowing in the dim light. Around its neck, the creature wore a black-and-white striped bow tie, the ends of which were torn and frayed. To top it off, Y/n noticed its tail—thick and forked, like a pitchfork.

"Are you... a talking weasel?" Y/n asked, her head tilting to the side in confusion, her voice calm but tinged with curiosity.

Veins bulged from Grim's forehead as his temper flared. "How... How DARE YOU! I am no WEASEL! I'm Grim, sorcerer extraordinaire!" he exclaimed as he stomped a foot on the floor. "Tch! And here I was gonna peel that thing off you while you were sleeping. Way to ruin my plan, human!"

"...." Y/n took a small step back, instinctively placing a protective hand over her new clothes, her expression unreadable.

"Whatever. You...human! Just gimme your uniform, and be quick about it!" Grim demanded. "'Cause if you don't...you're gonna regret it!" His eyes narrowed, and a flicker of blue flame sparked from his mouth as he leaned forward, ready to attack.

"..." Y/n simply blinked, her expression still calm as she mulled over his request. Why did this creature want her uniform? It made no sense. Even if she were to give it to him, he wouldn't be able to wear it—he was a beast, after all. She couldn't help but speak aloud in her usual indifferent tone. "Getting roasted alive by a weasel? What will I dream of next?" she pondered out loud.

"Well keep dreamin', 'cause I ain't no weasel!" Grim snapped, but before he could utter another word, a sudden chill swept through the air. "MYAH! C-COLD!" he yelped, his body shivering as he stumbled backward, falling onto his backside. Mist swirled around him, and when he looked up, Y/n had disappeared.
