Yes, life events have power and control over your life. Because the serendipitous series of events were what interweaved her life into what it was. She was happy, no doubt in that. It felt great not being the one with the responsibility again, it was a feeling she missed so much.

Watching over the last person she wanted to see ever again, Hidaya smiled. It felt great that she was finally getting out of the hospital bed. Her body felt soar, she was feeling sticky and worst of all, she missed doing things for herself.

The hospital bed was just like a restriction to living her life and she hated that.

"Great, you are free to go home. We shall process your discharge" The doctor finally said and walked out of the room, those words were like a lullaby to Hidaya. Lullabies were things children long for on every night, Hidaya longed to see herself out of the hospital and it was finally happening.

"It is at this point that I congratulate you Adda Hida, I know it is not easy" Biha grinned "And this definitely calls for celebration" She added. "I know right" Hidaya smiled. "Well if you're ready, let's get going. We can stop by the treatment room and get your cannula removed" Biha said.

"Who's coming to get us? Or we're getting a public transport?" Hidaya asked. "Yeah the driver who brings one of us here always waits so that's not an issue. Besides, we do not use public transport" Biha shrugged. Well that's a shocker for Hidaya, like who exactly doesn't use public transport in this country?

She just found herself nodding.

She sat there and watched as Nabiha arranged all their belongings in the baskets there. After she was done, she called someone whom Hidaya assumed to be their chauffeur and requested his presence in the room. Soon enough, a man in a tuxedo walked into the room. He bowed and greeted Hidaya before helping with the baskets.

"We will meet you at the parking lot" Biha said to the man. "Okay ma'am" He replied before walking out of the room with two baskets in his hands.

"Great, shall we?" Biha said and offered a hand to Hidaya to help her off the bed. "You know I can manage on my own right?" Hidaya asked but still placed her hand on Biha's. "I know but it's only fair I be helpful" Biha shrugged, Hidaya just smiled.

"I'm so excited you are finally going to live with us" Biha squealed. "I am too" Hidaya laughed. And together, they walked out of room and headed down the stairs to the treatment room. One of the nurses immediately attended to them and removed Hidaya's cannula making sure to block the bleeding by using a cotton wool on it.

"Safe journey back home" The nurse had said to Hidaya before they left the hospital.

The ride from the hospital to the residence took a while. Hidaya approximately counted it to be a fifteen minutes ride. She was that anxious that she couldn't help but feel impatient to see her new home.

Stopping at the empty gate, their chauffeur spoke into the intercom. But Hidaya couldn't understand anything he said, it was like he spoke in codes. Soon enough though, the gates went wide open and they drove into the house.

Am I still in a coma, or perhaps having a dream after falling asleep? Hidaya kept asking herself until she consciously pinched her left hand with the right hand to check Nope! Definitely not dreaming The pinch was painful as hell. She made a mental note never to pinch herself in such situations again.
