"Talk to me Hershel, what's wrong with Carl?!"

"Carl??" Rick looked down at his son

"What's happening?" Lori asked, freaking out just as badly as I.

Then Carl started shaking, seizing. We tried to move to him to stop him but Hershel pulled us back. "Don't, it's a seizure." Hershel rolled him on his side, "if you hold him down you could hurt him."

"You can't stop it?!" Lori asked through a pained tone.

"He has to just go through it." Hershel replied. Me and Lori turned to hug Rick as we watch the poor boy we all loved so much, sobbing and crying for him.

Soon enough though, it stopped, and we all fell by his side instantly while Hershel checked his pulse. "His brain isn't getting enough blood." Hershel explained. "His pressure is bottoming. He needs another transfusion."

"Okay, I'm ready." Rick said looking t the old man.

"If I take any more out of you your body could shut down, you could go into a coma. Or cardiac arrest."

"Your wasting time." He said, holding his arm out. Hershel moved to grab what he needed, and I sat by Rick, because I'll be damned if this is the last time I see him alive.

"We have to make this work. We have to make sure Carl lives, and Rick will be ok." I pleaded Hershel.

"I'll do everything I can." Hershel promised me. I nodded to him, hugged my brother once more.

"Be safe, please. I can't loose you again." I whispered to him, before walking out of the door to go find Glenn and T-Dog.

T-Dog was getting his arm treated in what looked to be the dining room, and me and Glenn were standing in the doorway watching.

The woman who was fixing up T-Dpg looked at the pills. " 'Merle Dixon' ", she read out, " that your friend with the antibiotics?"

"No, ma'am. Merles no longer with us. " Glenn said.

"Well, we don't know where he is." I corrected, and Glenn just sighed.

"Right, Daryl gave us those- his brother." Glenn continued.

"Not sure I'd call him a friend. " T-Dog said through his teeth, which is understandable. Because T is a black man, Merle was never kind to him.

"Well he is today, this doxycycline might have just saved your life." The woman stitching him up said. "You know what Merle was taking it for?"

"The clap. " Glenn said, Maggie looked up at him with a  strange look. "Uh- venereal disease." He exposed. "That's what Daryl said."

"I'd say Merle Dixon's clap was the best thing to ever happen to you." The woman said to T-Dog.

"Im really trying not to think about that- gah!" He groaned out in pain  as she stitched him up. Glenn walked out of the house, and I watched him as he left.

"Uh.. Anything I can do to help?" I asked, feeling awkward just standing there.

Soon T was all patched up, and Maggie went out to talk to Glenn while a younger girl, Beth, took me to grab me a fresh set of clothes that would fit me and lead me to the shower, telling me not to take too long, but giving me time to freshen up.

And oh my god it was amazing. Scrubbing the dirt and gunk off of my skin. Washing my hair. It was heavenly. I didn't realize how much I had been craving a shower until now, but I'm so happy I got it. It all ended to fast though, I got out of the shower, putting on the light brown tank top and jeans, fastening my utility belt again.
