Chapter 64

As the next week rolled around, everyone was busy getting ready for the holidays or studying for the upcoming tests before winter break.

"This is so hard!" Kaminari whined as he tossed another crumpled up piece of paper in the trash slouching down on the kitchen stool. "Who knew writing a song would be this difficult."

"Come on bro I'm sure it's not that bad." Kirishima grinned sitting down in front of him.

"Alright, so what do you have so far?" Sero asked, biting into an apple.

"Jirou." Kaminari said dropping his face on the table in defeat.

"Seriously?" Sero said quizzically lifting an eyebrow and hearing Bakugo laughing hysterically while he and Sato were in the kitchen cooking dinner. "you've been at it for some time now."

"I know! This sucks!"

"It shouldn't be too fuckin difficult sparky, even a damn monkey could do it. Just tell it like it is."

"Oh? How would you do it?" Kaminari asked lifting his head up curiously.

"Tch, I don't have too first of all. That shit's lame."

"Not sure I agree with that." Tokoyami said sitting next to Kaminari.

"Yeah, just say whatever is the first thing that comes to mind when writing about that person. I'm sure they'll appreciate it." Sato said placing cookies on the table.

"I gotta say I'm surprised you're letting someone help in the kitchen." Sero said.

"Well unlike the rest of you damn idiots this idiot won't burn down the kitchen." He said pointing his thumb towards a surprised Sato.

"Can't argue with that." Kirishima chuckled at the look on Satos face.

"Was that meant to be a compliment." Sato asked.

"Eh I'm pretty sure that was dude." Sero grinned scratching his head. "Even though he called all of us idiots..."

"When doesn't he."

"If it talks like an idiot, acts like an idiot and looks like an idiot then it's a fuckin idiot!" Bakugo shouted over his shoulder.

"Um...I don't think that's how it goes." Tokoyami said.

"Hmm...whatever comes to mind huh?" Kaminari, still lost in thought about what he should write looked over at the others who were currently decorating the common area as well as the Christmas tree they had all picked out.

"Well looks like they're having fun." Ojiro smiled glancing over his shoulder as he walked in the kitchen to throw away his drink.

"Ojiro! Ojiro help!" Hagakure laughed waving him over.

"Looks like I'm needed." He smiled.

Todoroki and Shinso were hanging up decorations where Yaoyorozu was telling them to, while Tsu and Uraraka were busy talking to Deku and placing ornaments on the tree. Mina and Hagakure were busy throwing tinsel everywhere while running around with the Christmas lights making Uraraka and Tsu get tangled up in the lights as Deku franticly tried to keep the ladder steady and Iida waving his arms in the air to stop everyone.

Watching Uraraka laugh as they tried to free themselves, Bakugo found his lip slowly lift into a small smile.

"Dude are you..." Kirishima let his eyes widen at possibly seeing Bakugo smiling? Remembering the picture he took, he let his mouth stay open.
