It was only afternoon and soon, the streets of the southern wolf estate were crowded with people. Due to the number of people that came from different tribes to join the southern tribe's school, Black Rock Mountain, the place was more crowded than usual.
Black Rock Mountain was as the name suggested, based on a mountain that seemed to have been formed from black rocks. It was a large building which from the outside, looked like a fortress. They were grey brick lanes that led into the fortress and the space opened up once inside.
Three buildings were spread out from each other and a large purple crystal sat at the center with several gold rings circling it. The three buildings were large and had lanes of different colors. The first building had the grey brick lane leading to it, the second building had a purple brick lane leading to it, and the last building had a red brick lane leading to it.
There were a couple of trees here and there, and some werewolves were running around. It was clear it was time for lunch and people were coming out from the different buildings.
Timothy was currently standing in front of the school gates with Priya and Lilith next to him. They were all holding folders, maps and a couple of books.
"This place is so big" Priya said while tightly hugging some maps to her chest. There were a total of six rolled up maps, of which she was carrying by hand and her load was the lightest out of the three.
Timothy wasn't in the mood to humor her as he carried heavy stacks of books like they weighed nothing, in both hands. With a notebook at the top, that had gold rims round the edges.
While Lilith was carrying a few folders with two hands. The folders were stacked in her arms, to the point her face couldn't be seen. However, even without looking at her face, her actions showed change. Her head was lowered and her aura had turned humble.
The arrogant Lilith, Priya knew, had suddenly turned humble after Priya took a shower. 'She had even changed her clothes to a pink smock shirt and beige pleated midi skirt' Priya thought 'What happened to the girl that wore gypsy shirts and rugged jeans, in dark colors?'. She neither had an idea of Louisa's visit, nor had one of the information Lilith had been hiding.
"We're going to leave you" Timothy said and when she raised up her head, she could see he was already inside with Lilith
"Oh. Sorry" Priya said as she staggered in and stood next to Lilith
"Please, stay close" Lilith murmured as she further hid her head with the folders
"Let's go" Timothy said as he continued walking with the two girls behind him.
Because of Priya's scent, everyone was looking at their small group of three. It felt strange for Priya to be stared at, like that.
'Is it what I'm wearing?' Priya thought as she looked down. She wasn't popular in Greenwood Springs and only popular at Greenwood university, as a huge nerd with no friends. Even her dressing was slightly nerdy with the beanie on her head, plain tee and flared pants that she combined with her messy hazel medium length hair.
"Stop checking yourself out, and watch where you're going" Timothy said and she paused just before she hit a rubbish bin. He was still walking ahead of her and hadn't looked back once.
"Do you have eyes at the back of your head?" Priya mumbled as she walked around the bin an caught up to him
"No. My senses are just sensitive" Timothy said and she stared blankly at him before staring at the ground. It was only then, did she notice the color.
Before, they had been walking on grey bricks but now, the bricks were red. She looked around and noticed that the grey brick lane continued on, but in a different direction. Then, there was also a purple lane and a red lane too.
"Are the school buildings divided too?" Priya asked "Which one are we headed to?"
"The one for nobles and royals" Timothy said "This place is divided according to hierarchy at times. Usually, age determines hierarchy. Because with age comes power. However, there are those who are born to stay at the top, and others who are born to stay at the bottom"
As they took five more steps towards the third building, they finally realized they didn't know the exact direction of where they were headed, in the third building.
"What are we going to do?" Priya asked "That maid only told us to head to the principal's office in the third building. But, where the hell is that?" as she spoke, she noticed a few people were looking at her and murmuring among themselves
Timothy had also notice that no student had come out of the third building. But the others were rather noisy outside.
"Let's head into the building first. We can ask one of the students later" Timothy said as they continued on and entered the third building.
Unknown to them, a student from the third building was watching them. It was a little girl with short copper hair and blue eyes who was looking out her classroom window.
"Giselle. Psst" a boy called out to her and she turned around. The boy had curly black hair and mismatched eyes of hazel and blue. He was dressed in black gym shorts and tank top, just like every other boy in the class. While the girls were wearing sports bras and gym shorts.
"What do you want, Kayden?" Giselle asked grumpily
"Pay attention to the teacher" Kayden grumbled "She's showing us how to summon our inner wolf and use internal healing in case we get injured"
"Something fun was going on outside. But now, it's inside" Giselle said excitedly and he shook his head
"If you fail this class, you'll be a disgrace as a noble. An alpha ranked marquess's daughter, of the western tribe, failed a shifting and self healing class at Black Rock Mountain" Kayden said "It would be a big disgrace" he added and she pouted before paying attention to her class

Meanwhile, Timothy had somehow gotten the girls and himself, lost. They had spent thirty minutes running around and had decided to stop and drop the documents for a while.
Priya was glaring at Timothy while painfully stretching her arms and legs. Lilith was sitting on the floor with her knees to her chest and her head lowered. While Timothy was wondering which turn he had taken last. Put together, the three were frustrated.
"This place looked big on the outside but the inside is huge" Priya complained
"The school has several facilities in the third building. This place was built for nobles and royals and has more stuff than the other two buildings" Timothy said "Back when I was in the capital, I always dreamt of coming here. They had a café, large and detailed library, technology never developed in the other tribes, research halls, dorms and a lot of other stuff I can't remember"
"No wonder it's like a maze inside. This place is so cool" Priya said "Why didn't to join?"
"Our father always feared southerners" Timothy said "And when the school was completed, the legend of the dangerous Southern Prince Nathan, whose magic power seemed unlimited, started"
"You're an alpha, right?" Priya asked
"Most of the marquess families are alpha ranked werewolves" Timothy answered truthfully
"If you're an alpha, can't you sniff us to the king and queen?" Priya asked
"Sniff?" Timothy repeated "Do I look like a dog to you?" he asked with a frown
"But Prince Nathan could do it. And he's an alpha. So, why can't you?" Priya asked
"The prince is a warlord. He knows how to fight and he's trained so well, his senses are sharper than almost all the werewolves put together" Timothy explained "Do I look like a fighter to you?" he asked and Priya was fixed on his well defined muscles which were shaped through his clothes
"Do you really wanna go there?" Priya asked as she poked his chest "You're as solid as a rock" she commented
"It's a trait among alphas" Timothy said "I've never fought or trained in my life" he added and she raised a brow
Just then, the bells rang and the doors to the classrooms opened and students poured into the hallways. Most of the students were avoiding them but a certain little girl had walked up to them while pulling a boy with her
"Hi, I'm Giselle" the girl said "And this idiot with me, is Kayden"
