Chapter 9: Tainted

You wake up in your bed and look around, no one's there but someone's been here, and you know that smell. You were still wearing just your bra, but it felt like your jeans had ripped. You were about to investigate when Ingrid suddenly opened your door, carrying a tray with a cup of tea and a bowl of soup, she looked at you and smiled before putting the tray on your night stand. You smiled back, you looked down at your hands, your nails were longer and you felt strange, Ingrid placed the bowl of soup in your hands before speaking.

"How are you feeling Y/N?" she asked, there was a hint of concern in her voice

"I'm feeling better, but can you tell me what happened?" you questioned

"Well Vallery found you passed out on the ground. When you didn't wake up we just put you in bed and left, but strangely Lady Dimitrescu and her daughters were... concerned when you didn't show up to serve them. When we told her how we found you and ordered us to tend to you." she looked at you and had a knowing smile on her face, the same smile Vallery gave you

"If I didn't know any better, I would say that the Mistress has a little crush on you." she inquired

You could feel your cheeks turning red as Ingrid snickered at you. You put the spoon in your mouth and ate the soup, not wanting to talk about the Mistress anymore. Ingrid chuckled before turning to leave.

"By the way, I've made you a new suit, it's on the desk, but I swear you've grown taller since the last time I repaired your suit." she shook her head before walking out the door.

You finish your soup and tea before removing the blanket from your legs. It takes a moment to realize that you were staring at your legs, you freak out, black fur covered your legs, and white abstract patterns, similar to the ones on your arm, started at your ankles and went up from there. Your feet, wolf-like, there were even pads at the bottom. You hop out of bed, almost falling, before making your way to the bathroom.

You look at your reflection in the mirror and look at your physical changes. Your eyes were their normal emerald green, but they seemed to glow, you couldn't tell. You open your mouth to see that your canines had grown, they were sharper, more animal-like, and so had your ears, they were slightly pointed and elf-like. Other than your legs there were no other major earth shattering changes, wait you might have grown taller, you were particularly tall, only 5 '6, but it looked like you had grown to about 6 foot, there was no way you had grown six inches, right?

"Yes you did!"

You turn but no one was in the room

"Don't freak out, it's just us."

It was Snow and Shadow. You sighed

"Don't sigh at me!" Shadow's voice bellowed inside your head

You hold your head and speak to both of them

"I don't have time for both of you, I need to work so if you don't mind shutting up I can think. I would appreciate that."

You turn to leave the bathroom and you hear a smack followed by intense pain in your...butt? You look to see you had grown a tail, a fucking tail.

"Are ya'll fucking kidding me?!" you call out in your mind

All you got was the ring of laughter in the back of your mind. You sigh and get dressed, you had to cut a hole where your newly formed tail was and was about to walk out of your room before  you hesitated. The change in your body was very noticeable, you couldn't hide it, but to whom to tell first. You could tell Alcina, but where's the fun in that. You couldn't tell any of the other maids, they would surely freak out, you could tell the daughters, but which one, as if on cue, you heard the buzzing of flies outside your door.
