a few days passed since I arrived at the school and everyone seemed to be glad to see me as far as I knew. it was odd walking around the halls without wearing the uniform and I almost wanted to put it back on but I didn't. a bunch of the Gryffindors came crowding at my office during break one day and they must have thought I would just let them use my office like a lounge but I didn't let anyone in unless they wanted to place an order for any joke items from Weasley's Wizarding Wheezes. this worked quite well and I filled quite a few order sheets but eventually I had to kick them all out.

there was a signature required with each order that would force anyone who did sign it to not tell a staff member but it was bound to get out to them especially since they know me. it didn't stop students from telling other students either and not every student is going to make an order.

one evening, after supper, there was a knock at my door. normally the students would either be in their common rooms or in the library at this hour because curfew was in less than an hour but i didn't question it since I was running a 24/7 student help service against my will.

i opened the door and Ginny was standing there with a mischievous look on her face that I knew all too well. I let her in quickly and closed the door.

"you look a lot like Fred and George when you make that face, you know?" I remarked.

"maybe I'm up to something." she replied.

"i don't doubt that." I muttered and then turned to face her fully.

"Hermione tried to stop Ron from telling you but she didn't think I would. She seems to think giving you the password to the Gryffindor common room is a bad idea but I think it's a great idea so I nicked this paper from Hermione after she snatched it from Ron." she said handing me a small folded piece of parchment. I opened it and it had the password written on it in red and gold ink.

"Looks like Ron thought using fun colors would excuse his ghastly penmanship." I said as I folded it back and slipped it into my pocket.

"can you at least read it?" she questioned.

"His isn't as bad as Fred's, and I can read his just fine." I replied.

"great. well, I'll be off now." she said moving to the door.

"see ya, and thanks for this, by the way." I said holding up the slip of paper as I waved once.

after she left the room I took a good five minutes to figure out what Ron had written and then I gathered my things and left my office heading to do some business in the Gryffindor common room.

when I got to the portrait of the Fat Lady I said the password and the portrait swung open gracefully, allowing me to enter without any problems. the room was bustling with students and some of them didn't seem to know who i was while others knew exactly who i was and were surprised to see me in the common room when i wasn't a student anymore.

i was wearing a cloak but i look it off and tucked it into a bag i had brought and then began walking around so that everyone could take a glance at the back of my jacket which had the Weasley's Wizarding Wheezes logo on it in bright orange. it's a well known establishment amongst the students as i have heard so when they saw that i was a part of the business, they automatically knew who i was and what i was here for.

i was swarmed by first and second years quickly and they were all grabbing at my bag to see if i had any tricks in it. thankfully my height allowed me to hold it well above their heads.

"Chloe Black!" Hermione shouted from across the room. I knew it was her because only her voice went that high pitched when she raised it and she was the only one in this room that would try to stop me from doing anything.
