Camie didn't stop there at helping Black Gold. Running into Théa quite often, she would always stop and give her something. The first time they ran into each other, Théa almost ran up to Camie, a huge smile on her face:

"How are you doing?

-Fine. And you?

-I am good, thank you."

Théa was used to Camie running away as quickly as possible at this point but for once Camie didn't leave and said instead:

"Wait."

Théa got so surprised that she didn't even dare breathe. She waited nicely for Camie to look through her bag and take out an apple:

"Here you go. Apples are good for your health."

Camie didn't know what else to add. She was very bad at giving people gifts and felt uncomfortable. Fortunately Théa looked very touched despite the weird phrasing. Way too touched for a simple apple.

"Thank you..."

Seeing how happy Théa was made Camie uncomfortable for some reason and she quickly ran away without another word. She didn't forget about Théa for a second however. Camie was very worried about the young woman. She seemed sick and she couldn't stop thinking about her condition for a second. She couldn't focus at all and would see Théa collapsing again and again in her mind.

"Camie."

Camie almost jumped out of her seat:

"Yes?

-Is there something that you don't understand? You look troubled."

Camie looked down at her notebook. She didn't listen to a single word that had been said during that class and she had no idea what she could ask the teacher. Therefore she just asked the first thing she could think of:

"How long does it take an arrow wound to heal?"

Camie's classmates laughed hearing the sudden question. On the other hand, the teacher who had seemed worried a second before seemed now frustrated. Camie was a good student and she never seemed troubled in class. Seeing her frowning made the teacher want to help her but she regretted asking:

"I do not see what that has to do with protein recycling.

-Me neither..."

The teacher chose to ignore the question and move on with the class. Camie seemed so sad that no one dared ask what was going on in her mind and everyone agreed to give her some space. Camie on the other hand couldn't move on and continue asking herself that question. She was so fixated on it that she took out her phone and looked it up on internet. According to the National Institute of Health, "in areas that were in a dry climate, a wound could heal via primary intention in as quickly as two days". That sounded good. If everything went well, Théa would be healed the next day. That meant that Camie could stop worrying after 48 hours. She could do that. And until then she could obsess over her.

A few hours later they crossed paths again and this time it was Camie who came up to Théa first. The superhero was once again flabbergasted and she looked at Camie with big round eyes. If her muscles didn't freeze, she would have pinched her cheeks to make sure she wasn't dreaming.

"Here. You should drink a lot of water."

Camie didn't give Théa time to thank her and ran away once again. She ran away so fast that Théa didn't even have time to grab the water bottle and she had to catch it in the air.

Théa watched Camie run and didn't look away once until she disappeared from her field of vision. Once she couldn't see her anymore, she looked down at the water bottle and opened it before drinking slowly. She had never drank anything of the sort. This was the best tasting water she ever tasted and Théa started grinning dumbly.

She didn't go anywhere and waited right there to see Camie again. The latter came out of the building two hours later and seeing Théa, she came up to her again and handed her a tiny box rather violently. Not being able to stop thinking about Théa put Camie in a rather bad mood. She didn't like worrying about someone. It was a bad feeling. Get better quickly Théa so she could stop thinking about you.

"Here. These vitamins are very good for your bones."

Théa accepted the vitamins with a frown:

"Do I look in such a bad condition to you?"

Camie shrugged:

"You are very pale. Do you want me to walk you home?

-No, thank you. Don't worry I am okay. I felt way better after I ate that apple. Thank you so much. it was exactly what I needed."

Camie started squinting her eyes, not believing what had been said. She didn't insist however and went away. Camie felt a bit better after seeing Théa for a third time. She had regained colors compared to the first time and Théa genuinely looked fine now. Of course she wasn't fine. She got hit by an arrow after all. But she really seemed to be doing better. Camie still couldn't hold back from giving her things whenever she saw her but at least she could stop worrying. Now she could finally focus on her life. At least that was what she thought.

Camie thought that she would finally forget Théa for that day but they soon met again. Camie didn't think it was possible but she crossed paths with Théa once again that day. Usually the maximum number of times they would meet per day would be three. Therefore when she saw Théa she frowned. They did see each other a lot but four times? How was that possible? She couldn't even meet someone she wanted to that many times. And Théa wasn't even in the same major as her.

Théa as for her, didn't seem surprised at all because she came up to Camie with a big smile:

"Hello again."

And she just stood there as if waiting for something. Camie didn't have anything else to give her at that point and Théa looked way better but Camie still felt as if she needed to give her something. Therefore she grabbed her bag and started looking through it, doubting that there would be anything left. However she did find one last chocolate bar at the very bottom and handed it to Théa:

"Here."

Théa almost jumped in excitement:

"Thank you."

Camie nodded, ready to walk away. However she did stop for some reason and looked back. She just had some weird feeling and felt as if she needed to look back. And when she turned around she saw Théa staring at her. Both of them jumped as if they had been caught doing something bad but soon Théa waved happily. That was way too much for Camie and she immediately ran away. There was something weird in the air. Let's not stay to find out what.

Unfortunately for Camie, that was only the beginning. Camie met Théa once again that day! Five times! It was the end of the day and Camie was on the way to a coffee place with her friends. Seeing Théa appear out of nowhere made Camie exclaim:

"Not again!"

Camie's friends turned to where Camie was looking at:

"Not again what?

-What happened?

-What are you talking about?"

Being observed, Théa soon noticed the group and came up to them with a smile. While she was walking, Topiary bent closer to Camie:

"Is it because of Amaltheia?"

Camie didn't have time to answer and feeling that Camie wasn't happy to see Théa, Emma placed herself between them, her arms crossed. Nylora and Topiary didn't ask questions and placed themselves around their friend too, shielding her. Théa didn't seem to notice the animosity and continued staring at Camie, her smile getting bigger and bigger as she came closer.
