Camie needed a second to figure out what to do next. She started swinging her arms before suddenly clapping her hands together.

"So... Do you want to watch a movie?"

Théa nodded:

"I want to do anything you want. You are the patient, Camie, not me."

She bit her lip.

"I don't have any movie I want to watch at the moment.

-Then we don't have to watch anything."

Théa suddenly noticed something on the wall behind Camie's back and froze. The latter didn't understand what she was looking at and waited for Théa to talk:

"You put up my drawing?

-Oh!"

Camie got so used to seeing it that it just became part of her room. She completely forgot that Théa didn't know about it.

"Of course I did! I really like it. At first I thought it would be weird to have a drawing of myself on my walls but then I thought that you were the one who made it so I put it up. When my dad saw it he said you were very talented as well. He asked if you took classes and if you wanted to become an artist later on. He told me that it wasn't weird at all to put it up and he really liked it."

Camie laughed:

"He even said that he wanted one of himself."

Théa couldn't help asking:

"Does the fact that I'm the one who drew it mean so much?

-Yes. Why would I put anyone else's drawings on my walls? You..."

Camie suddenly locked eyes with Théa and realized what she was saying. She quickly cleared her throat and looked back at the drawing. She didn't like being shy:

"Anyway, it's gorgeous, thank you so much.

-If you like it, I could make you a lot more."

Camie's eyes started shining:

"Would you give me more drawings?

-However much you want.

-Really?

-Yes.

-Wow... I would love that, thank you. But are you sure?"

Théa laughed:

"Who else would I give drawings of you to?"

Camie frowned:

"Drawings of me?

-What else would I draw?"

Théa looked so serious that Camie needed a second to find her voice. Wasn't it normal to draw a lot of different things? She couldn't know she wasn't an artist. All she ever did with her hands was crochet a beanie. But she did feel that if she were an artist she would want to capture a lot of différent landscapes, objects and people.

"I... I mean. You... You..."

She had no idea how to ask her question. Théa was just waiting for Camie to put her thoughts into words.

"Why are you drawing me? Not that I mind! That's not what I'm saying. Your drawings are very pretty so they make me very pretty. Not that I find myself ugly and I wouldn't find myself ugly even if your drawing was ugly. But... I mean. Why me? I saw your drawings and you drew a lot of different things. People in parks, in magazines, trees, bouquets, fountains... I only saw one drawing of myself.

-Yet.

-What?

-You only saw one drawing of you yet. I am not satisfied with the others enough to show them to you."

Seeing her confusion made Théa smile:

"You inspire me, Camie. Ever since that day I haven't been able to put my pen down and all I can trace is your body."

Camie wanted to ask since what day but her cheeks were so warm she could feel them melt.

"Hum... I... Hum..."

Théa quickly changed the subject to protect Camie's cheeks:

"It is very beneficial to me as well.

-How so?

-I need a portfolio and with you being my muse, I think I could make it happen."

Knowing that it was mutually beneficial made Camie immediately calm down. She pushed away the things she didn't want to think about and smiled:

"Then you can draw me all you want."

Théa had a hard time not laughing:

"Thank you very much, Camie.

-But wait. If you give me the drawings, you won't be able to put them in your portfolio."

She wanted to believe Théa, so why did she have to ask that? She wanted to hit herself but it was too late. Théa rubbed her chin as if thinking hard about something:

"You're right. I haven't thought about that. I am sorry, Camie. I know that you don't like receiving things. Oh, but wait. I have an idea. Maybe we could trade.

-Trade?

-Yes, as we usually do. I will keep a few drawings for my portfolio and for the ones I give you, you could give me a drawing as well. Did you think about my offer to teach you to draw?

-I..."

If Camie had been honest, she would have said that she didn't have time to think about anything around Théa but she felt bad saying so. She should have thought about it. Either way, the answer was clear:

"Okay."

Théa seemed taken aback by how easily Camie accepted her offer:

"Okay?

-Yes. I could try drawing you in exchange for your drawings. But would that be equal?

-Equal? Camie, it would be way more than equal.

-Even if I can't draw? My drawing probably won't even compare to yours.

-I don't mind, Camie.

-Even if you are a stick figure?

-All I care about is that you will be the one to give it to me.

-Don't have expectations.

-Okay, I won't."

Camie swallowed before saying:

"Okay. But first let's draw something easier."

Théa was weird for some reason. She kept balancing from one leg to the other, her eyes fixated on the ground:

"Théa?

-Would it be too much to start now?

-Now?

-We don't have to. You must be tired. Sorry, let's lay down. We could look for a documentary about astronomy."

Camie got interested and forgot what they were talking about for a second. She almost accepted but quickly shook her head to put her thoughts back in place:

"I don't mind starting now.

-Really?"

Théa didn't bring her supplies but she looked way too excited for Camie to remind her of that.

"Really."
