We arrive just in time. Light raindrops fall from the sky, hitting my face. Walking around the car to the sidewalk, Corbin grabs my hand pulling me in front of him. He opens the door just as he did the first time we came here.

I look around for the rest of the group. The place is packed but quiet. It's still early thankfully so I'm sure they've found us a table. I'm starving.

"I'm guessing you two are with the others?" Margot beams at us. Likely noticing we are closer than the last time she saw us. "Yes thank you Margot" I say following her to the back.

"There they are" Raven points at us. Corbin pulls out my seat before sitting beside me. "I'll give you all a few minutes to go over the menu" Margot announced before walking away.

"The pancakes here are the best thing on this earth" I make known. Corbin laughs and places his hand on my leg. "They have freaking cupcake pancakes guys" Vincent preaches to the whole restaurant. Some guy behind us erupts in laughter.

Everyone orders pancakes except Mel who doesn't like syrup. She says it tastes like liquid sugar. Which is literally what it is so who could be upset with that?

"We have to go back to school tomorrow" Mel whines in her seat "We have just 2 weeks left until break, you'll survive" Raven comments. Draven holds in his laughter from his seat as Mel pouts.

"Here are your pancakes" Margot brings her stand to our table. "Your cupcake pancakes" She places the plate in front of Vincent who is already drooling and licking his lips. She places everyone else's down in front of them.

"Those look so good" Mel says placing her fork on Dravens plate and taking the only piece that is syrup-less. "You were right this is delicious" Vincent mumbles with a face full of pancake.

I glance out the window, it's really coming down now. The sky is grey and the parking lot is filled with puddles of water. Contrary to popular belief I love rain. Corbin brings me out of my thoughts, squeezing my leg.

"Good?" He repeats the same thing he asked me the first time. "Just dandy" I steal his words from earlier earning me a quick smirk.

We finish our food and clean up the table. "I have to pee so bad, girls come with me?" Mel almost begs from her seat. "Let's go" Raven responds like a mom would and I follow behind them.

Mel runs to the stall in a hurry. "Just so you're aware you aren't going to start skipping school because of him" Raven points to the wall referencing the boy that sits behind it. Like I said Raven is the mom of our group.

"I would never, I still have the same dreams as before. My top priority is getting into college and studying journalism." I reply reassuring her. "Good. Don't think I won't beat that ass if I find out you don't make it into your dream school because of lover boy." Her eyes fixed on me. I know she means every word of that statement.

Mel finally comes out of the stall washing her hands. "Did you just call him lover boy?" Mel says clearly amused by Rav's words. "Yes, I did" Raven says under her breath.

I open the door to the bathroom seeing the boys conversing and laughing. Corbin's arm rests on my chair his mouth moving in response to something Draven said. "Miss us?" Mel asks. "So much, please never part from us again" Vincent exaggerates with a hint of sarcasm.

Everyone is getting antsy and wanting to leave. "Ready?" Corbin whispers to me his arm still behind my chair. I nod. "We are gonna head out see you all at the house later." He says laying two $20 bills on the table for Margot. He must really love his pancakes.

I hugged Raven and Mel, waving at the boys Corbin places his arm on the small of my back pulling me to the entrance. "Have a good day you two" Margot waves at us as she cleans off one of the tables. "You too Ms. Jones." He replies to her waving back and opening the door. It's still down pouring so we run to the car.

Corbin looks at me as he starts the car. I'm freezing, in a visible way. "Here take that off you're soaked" he reaches into the back handing me a black sweatshirt that smells just like him.

His windows are tinted enough to where no one can see inside. I pull off Raven's sweater as he pulls out of the diner. He smoothly turns the heat on not glancing away from the road. Weirdly attractive and nice of him.

"Thank you" I hum. "Can't have you freeze before we get to where we're going" he looks at me moving his hand between us and opening his palm for me to hold. "We're not going back to the house?" His words just clicking in my head.

"No, and don't you dare ask where we are going" he demands. "Are we-" I'm rudely cut off. "Or are we there yet" he chuckles cutely. "Fine but can I at least play my music" I look to him for a yes.

"Yes my little rockstar, but don't play anything slow I'm begging you." His eyes find mine giving me the look. I put on my upbeat playlist giving him you're lucky you're cute look in return.

We finally pull into a familiar tree-filled place. The rain has stopped. He moves in his seat to face me. "I'm a little confused why we are here." Confusion fills my face causing my eyebrows to furrow.

"I wanted to relive the best days I've had in a while today. We went to the diner and now we are at our spot." His eyes gleaming with joy. While I'm over hear repeating our spot over and over. He said that night he'd never brought anyone here before and now it's labeled ours.

"I'm not swimming in that water the rain was enough for today" I state sternly. "I'm not getting in that water either so you have nothing to worry about" he sends me a smile and gets out of the car.

I reach for the door handle but it locks it before I can pull it open. He walks around unlocking and opening it. "Milady" his hand reaching for mine. "Thank you, sir".
