Ameeriah
We spend basically the entire day watching movies and just laying on the couch.
We make out, we make food, we eat popcorn, we watch more of the movies, repeat.
I truly don't understand how Jackson loves movies this much.
Sure, I love movies too, but Jackson is just a whole other level.
Like he'll sit and be enthralled by a movie from start to finish, even if he's already seen it before.
By the time it's night time, Jackson starts getting calls.
The first one I see is from Max, but he ignores it.
A second later, his phone vibrates again, Max again, and he clicks it off once more and sighs as he pulls me closer onto him and kisses me on the side of my forehead.
A couple minutes later he gets another call and sighs. "Oh my gosh," he groans, but when he sees it's from Taylor, he slides to answer it.
"Hey what's up?" He says into the phone.
I can't really hear what she says, but he sits up.
"Well what happened?" he says as he slowly moves me off of him to stand up.
I scrunch my eyes in confusion to him and he mouths one second.
He paces slightly as he talks on the phone.
After a few minutes, he hangs up and sighs.
"What happened?" I say as I turn to look at him.
He walks back over to the couch and plops down beside me.
"Apparently my dad showed up the house with his girlfriend. Taylor said my mom's a wreak."
He rubs his hands over his face.
"What a fucking sick bastard," he continues.
My heart drops. He's gonna be dealing with this all night.
"On their fucking anniversary? What the fuck," he exhales.
"Jackson I'm—" I begin to speak but his phone begins to vibrate again.
"Sorry it's Meg, one second."
He's on the phone for another fifteen minutes or so.
Once he finally gets off the phone, he sits back down.
"I'm sorry Ameeriah," he says softly. "I'm gonna be dealing with this all night."
"Don't say sorry dude."
I look up at him. "Do you want me to stay?"
"You've got an exam tomorrow morning don't you?"
"Not that early, it's at 11AM."
"You should probably just go," he says softly.
"Are you sure?" I question and he nods his head.
"The second my sisters calm my mom down, they're gonna call me freaking out," he pauses. "I don't wanna keep you up all night."
I nod a little and then he adds on.
"Well I do," he says suggestively with his eyes. "Just not tonight." And we both laugh a little.
"Okay," I say softly. "I'll see you tomorrow," and I stand from the couch.
As soon as I go to take a step, he pulls my arm and pulls me into him before quickly putting his lips on mine.
The kiss is heavy and slow feels so good.
We move our mouths against each others and after a second, he pulls away.
"Okay goodnight," he says with his eyes slightly shut.
"Goodnight," I reply softly and stand again to grab my bag and head out the door.
