Amélie couldn't appreciate the beloved scenery of Forks this day. Unlike the last week. She didn't look at the gorgeous greenery that surrounded her. The evergreen tree that couldn't shed their leaves while other types of trees that were littered between them, shedding their colourful leaves making the forest look like something out of a dream. Yet she couldn't look at it. She only stared at her feet, trying to continue at an equal pace and not stumble. She could barely keep her eyes open. She was beyond tired.

She was so tired she didn't even notice the cold rain pouring down on her. Soaking her. She wasn't used to these temperatures and conditions.

Raising her tired head from the ground she finally noticed the school in front of her, with hazy eyes, from the rain or her tiredness she did not know. Quickening her steps she hurried up the small few steps of the school before entering it. Out of the cold weather she let out a tired sigh. Walking to her locker a few students said their greetings to her which she only replied with a smile but they took anything she gave them.

Spotting the Cullen family on the opposite side of the hallway surrounding a locker - presuming it was one theirs. She gave them a wave and a small smile while they all -bar Edward as he walked away the moment he had seen her and Benedict who was no where to be seen - did the same but sent smiles of pity and sympathy. Amélie still spoke to the Cullens regularly. Rosalie and Emmet always spoke to her at the science classroom and whenever they were passing in the hallways, Emmet being very child-like always being able to make her laugh while Rosalie always very comforting like a mother in a way. Jasper was now always speaking to her in History and no one else he was a breath of fresh air to speak too. Alice always made an effort to talk to her when she was free and the pixie haired girl was so energetic she never failed to make the ginger smile. Edward had stopped speaking to her thankfully. Yet Benedict had not spoken to her at all after the incident, he avoided her and didn't speak to her, it hurt.

Shaking those thoughts away she made her way to her locker by stumbling slightly and shivering violently. It wasn't too long after did her friend group make their way over to her.

Noticing her freezing state Mike threw his coat over her shoulders in an attempt to warm her. "Oh, Amélie.."

"It looks like you haven't slept in a while Amélie.." Angela spoke softly as she pulled Amélie into her side, giving her a side hug, trying to warm her.

"I do not know what is going on with me.." Amélie stuttered out through her frozen state. Her teeth chattering, she had to bite her lip to stop it, to the point it almost bled. It almost felt she was turning cold from the inside out, a poison spreading through every blood vessel in her body covering every pathway in her body as fast as it could until it would finally reach her heart. It hurt.

"Maybe it's all stress, it is only your second full week here, and it is a Monday, everyone hates Monday's!" Jessica states with such malice in her voices when she said the word 'Monday' as if it was a curse upon the world.

It made Amélie chuckled. "Maybe."

"Although Tuesdays are also pretty shit." Tyler exasperated along with scratching the back of his head with his right hand.

"That's because you have three double classes and no free classes." Eric pointed out. Tyler groaned out - as if he was in severe pain - as he heard what Eric had said about his awful timetable.

"Why did I choose Technical Graphics, Constructions and Physics again?" He questioned. Although it was most likely a rethorical question Jessica answered it without hesitation.

"Because your a fucking dumbass."

That made the entire group burst out into laughter as they playfully bullied their friend. Amélie even let out a few giggles while she patted the poor boys back out of pity for him being targeted by the group for the day. Tyler then began to fake cry onto Amélie's shoulder, loud and obnoxious cries emitted from his mouth. His cries would remind someone of an angered goose. It only made the group laugh harder.
