"Ow! What the fuck!?"
The body of an boy went crashing to the ground, holding his nose that was dripping with red crimson blood. Amélie stared in horror. Her eyes wide and mouth open. She placed be hands over her mouth to muffle her loud gasp.
"I-i am so sorry! I-i thought you were -" A laugh interrupted Amélie from her explanation. Amélie whipped her head up when she heard the laugh, it seemed familiar to her. The other body came into view. "Embry?"
He chuckled this time. His laughter dying down. "Hi Amélie" he greeted with a cheeky grin. Giving his friend his hand to which the boy grab while his other hand held his bleeding nose, Embry hoisted his friend up from the ground with a huff. He then turned back to a somewhat cautious Amélie. Embry threw his arm around his friends shoulder. "Sorry about Paul scaring you, he thought it would be a good idea to scare a poor girl in a forest."
Amélie twirled a strand of hair nervously around one of her fingers. "It is okay, all is forgiven."
Embry chuckled. "And if we knew you could throw a punch like that, we would never have gone near you."
Amélie visibly cringed and turned to address the other boy who was still holding his extremely bloody nose. "I am really sorry about that."
"All good," he grunted.
Amélie felt awful about causing the boy harm, even though he did try to scare her she knew he didn't do it out of spitfulness and he deserve to be punched in the nose. Walking closer to the two - specifically Paul - she looked at his nose and the blood coming from it. She raised her hand to move his hand from his face to see it better but paused before she touched him. Raising her eyes from her nose to his eyes she asked.
"May I?"
Paul didn't say a word and instead he merely nodded. Entranced by the ginger's natural beauty. She gave him a sweet smile. Raising her hand further she gently pulled his hand away from his nose, she could finally see the damaged she had caused. Grimacing, she looked at all the blood spilling out of his nose and underneath all the blood she noticed the bruising started to form around it.
"I have a first aid kit back at home, I can clean you up there if you would like..?" Amélie explained. She looked at the two males. They looked between themselves before Embry nodded to Paul. Paul turned back around to look at the enchantress known as Amélie Archambeau.
"As long as you promise not to beat the shit out of us anymore," Paul joked through the pain.
Amélie laughed but nodded. "I promise."
"Then that would be amazing," Paul smiled at her although with all the blood coming from his mouth his smile looked psychotic, like a serial killer.
Amélie smiled and waved her hand in a 'follow me' motion. "Follow me then."
Paul nodded and began walking with her, Embry on the other side of her. Amélie felt her uneasiness settle and all her worries seemed to slow down, not disappear. With the two boys on either side of her Amélie felt safe, she felt as though she was in between two hyper puppies as the two wouldn't stop joking and talking the entire walk.
"I still think you're going to kill us!" Embry joked.
The three laughed.

"These are so good!"
Amélie stood in between Paul's legs as she cleaned up Paul. Wiping away the blood with a warm damp cloth, she ran I over his nose gently then his chin, cleaning up the scattered and dried blood around his face after. She then ran a disinfectant wipe over his face just as a precaution before applying some cream that would reduce some bruising and swelling. She traced the cream over his face delicately, trying to cause no more harm than she had already accidentally caused. Paul just sat their and admired the girl before him, she was beautiful, she was so kind and she had a smile that lit up a room. A small connection flowed through him whenever she touched him. He couldn't help but blush although that just made the bruising look incredibly worse.
