The walk from Charlie's to Forks High School was peaceful to say the least. Walking through the tiny town was tranquil compared to the large bustling city of Versailles. It was different but a pleasant difference. The tall pine and evergreen trees surrounded the town almost trying to keep the peaceful and beautiful town hidden from the loud and vile outside world, the trees protecting the towns innocents from the prying eyes of the world. The leaves of the evergreen trees seemed to dance in the wind and the fallen leaves seemed to be picked up by the wind and danced around Amélie herself, she let out a small giggle, the first since the horrific incident. The sun seemed to be happy today as it smiled down brightly on the utensil town and its people. It's buildings weren't as tall as to reach the clouds in the sky, no, they were merely a story high as that was all that was needed for the tiny grocery shop or pastry shop. The tall trees still overpowering the tiny town. Although the town was covered from top to bottom in dreary colours from the grey clouds that looked to be setting over the once bright town as if it was another for of protection of the disgusting outside world.
Amélie smiled seemed to brighten at the town. It was definitely different than Versailles, but it was definitely a good difference. Amélie let her thoughts wander and wonder what wonders she could find in this tiny town. Surely, this tiny town had some secrets.
Unfortunately, her investigations would have to wait for another day as she approached Forks High School. She paused for a moment, right outside the car park of the school, she could already tell some students were staring at her. She took in a shaky breath and shook her hands, then her feet as if she were shaking off bad energy or thoughts. She then took a deep breath as she set her stride straight to the school as if she were on a mission. She gulped slightly when the whole car park turned silent instead of its usual chit-chat amongst friends, but instead, all eyes were on her. She managed to keep her breathing steady as she plastered on a smile.
Many eyes boar into her head from almost every angle, but there were a few sets of eyes that seem to be set apart from the others. Before she opened the schools main doors, she paused, which sent another flurry of excitement across the car park as no one had seen much of her face, everyone was mainly focused on her firey red hair that stood out against her might fair skin. She turned around, facing everyone as if she was addressing a whole crowd. Many mouths dropped, a few gasps, and many, many gawks.
Amélie ignored them. She searched around the car park until she found them. They were very pretty. Strong features such as prominent cheekbones and button noses. They were as pale as snow, and when a few rays of sun hit them, it looked as though they were sparkling, which made Amélie giggle slightly at the silly thought. At the very last moment before she turned back to the school, she caught sight of their eyes, their emotional eyes, that held every possible emotion in every single pair of the honey coloured eyes. It wasn't until the last pair that she really took time to look.
Oh, his were beautiful....They weren't honey glazed, no, they were like liquid gold that swirled around his black pupil. There were light and dark gold colours swirled together to create a beautiful ombre effect that could probably make anybody swoon. It was almost as if she saw the golden orbs of the man lighten in joy or excitement before then relaxing and a soft gaze set within them.
It wasn't long before she turned her back to the carpark -much to her dismay- and continued her way into the school officially.
"Que Dieu me vienne en aide... (Lord help me)" She mumbled.

He watched her every movement she made her way across the car park. He had heard her for miles now, her gentle and calm steps only making him more anxious as he waited ever so patiently to see his only love after centuries of waiting but when he smelled her scent he almost lost it completely, not at the scent of her divine blood, no, but the intoxicating scent of his beloved all together. She smelled as though she had just walked out of the Forks forest, the smell of fresh pine and the earthy ground. It was truly a captivating scent. He let out an unneeded, shaky breath as he smelled his beloved calming scent that seemed to put his mind to ease for but a moment, and then he saw her...
His golden orbs widened at the sight of her. Oh, her...
His eyes grazed over her whole body as he took in every single detail of the Goddess that stood before him, just out of reach. Her body was a pale white it could almost be compared to that of a Vampires. The only difference was the slight blush of her cheeks that gave out when she noticed all of the attention making her look like she had life within her. Her glorious green orbs circled around her even if she did try to keep her head down trying to ignore everyone. Her green dress matched her sparkling green eyes, it made her figure stand out in the best way possible. The woman before him was a work of art but what truly made her a work of art was her firey red hair that adorned the top of her head, it seemed to dance in the wind and dance around her in glee. Oh how he wished he could travel his hand through it.
He panicked a moment as he saw she paused at the main doors of the school, the thought of something happening to her already made him feel useless but that wasn't the case. When she turned around his unneeded breath caught in his throat as her battering emerald eyes met his and it felt as though there was an invisible pull between the two. It was all too soon before the moment was over and she turn away but she sent him a sweet smile that made his dead heart leap in his chest before she turned around to enter the school not before hearing.
"Que Dieu me vienne en aide (Lord help me)"
"Well...?" Alice asked quietly from behind yet it seemed like it was so loud in his ears but he couldn't bare raising his voice at the young vampire.
His closed his eyes for a moment in bliss before turning to the rest of his smiling family. He smiled back them. "She's perfect...tellement parfait (so perfect)"
