Amélie couldn't help but be excited for Monday. Although most people hated the day that begun the start of the school week she couldn't help but look forward to this specific Monday alone. After Sunday's discussions with the Cullen family she was now very knowledgeable about vampire kind. Knowing how they act with humans and their beloveds and how to know they are actually your true soulmate. She also got to know more about each Cullen vampire. Such as bits about their life and how they found their beloved and how well their thirst control is. Although she was reassured that since she is a soulmate her blood would never appeal to that of another vampire and instead it would calm them down instead of making them act on impulse to kill them. Amélie was very thankful of that.
Monday morning came around quicker than Amélie thought. Waking up with a large smile on her face, something she has been unable to get rid of over the past couple of days. Deciding on wearing another simple dress. A basil green dress that was loose and comfortable stopping just above her knees. It had large flowy sleeves that were slightly puffed, with a tight fitted top and a green fabric belt wrapped around her waist and a flowy skirt that had small ruffles at the end. Pairing the dress with her simple plain white converse that went with almost all of her outfits.
Amélie practically skipped down the stairs with her schoolbag over her shoulder. Entering the kitchen to see the usual sight of Charlie reading the morning newspaper. Charlie noticed Amélie's bouncy behaviour and he couldn't help but thank the person who made her this happy; Benedict.
"Buongiorno zio Charlie (Good morning Uncle Charlie!)" She chirped. Beginning to take out some simple ingredients for breakfast.
"Buongiorno Amélie (Good morning Amélie)" Charlie chuckled at her radiant self. As her happiness oozed out of her and it couldn't help but flow directly into Charlie, putting a large smile on his face. "Avete dormito bene? (Did you sleep well?)"
"L'ho fatto moltissimo, e tu (I very much did, and you?)" She spoke as she carefully flipped the flat egg in the frying pan. Being careful not to burn herself like she always seems to do.
"L'ho fatto (I did)" Charlie answered simply.
Both resumed back to what they were doing. Unneeding to constantly speak to one another as their was no need to. Both continued in soft silence. It wasn't long before Amélie finished Charlie's breakfast. A simple omelette with cheese, mushrooms and bell peppers inside. Serving it with a glass of orange juice. Charlie couldn't help but grin at the delicious meal.
"Godere (Enjoy)" Amélie smiled before she herself grabbed an apple from the fruit bowl as always, not being fond of eating food so early in the morning.
"Grazie Amélie (Thank you Amélie)" He thanked before he dove into his food. As Charlie was halfway through his omelette when a knock echoed from the front door. Amélie's already large smile seemed to grow. Charlie raised a brow. "Chi è quello? (Who is that?)"
"Benedict voleva venirmi a prendere stamattina, va bene? (Benedict wanted to collect me this morning, is that alright?)" Amélie explained in a small voice, afraid that she had passed a boundary of sorts.
Charlie's eyes widened. "Raccoglierti nella sua macchina? (Collect you in his car?)"
"S-SÌ (Y-yes)" Amélie mumbled.
"Ovviamente! Ovviamente! ti sta aiutando con la tua paura della macchina! Quello sta benissimo (Of course! Of course! He is helping you with your car fear! That I'd completely fine)" Charlie nodded. Charlie was practically jumping for joy when he had heard that Amélie was getting into a car, after all she has been through she was slowly but surely beating her fear.
