Part 15

"Dancers, can I have your attention, please? Miss Kate has an announcement." Chris said grabbing A-Troupes attention

"Just wanted to let you know that our application for regionals has been confirmed." Kate said as we all cheered

Kate: I'm really, really glad that our regionals application was confirmed. We're in. We're so much closer to regionals. We just gotta keep on working to get there and I know we will. I have a feeling that this is going to be our year and we'll win.

"We know what that means, it's game time. So get your game face on. Regionals are in a month, so we have a lot of work to do." Kate said

Emily: Clearly the regionals application is something exciting for everyone, but it's a little dampened for me right now, I mean, I'm not dance captain. It's not my routine going to regionals.

"Get to work." Kate told us before going to her office with Chris

We were all rehearsing then we saw James and his mum go to Kates office

Michelle: I really don't know what's going on with James. I've seen his mom in here a couple of times and it's just kind of scary.

Destiny: I've known James's mum ever scince Ive been here. There's one thing you know about Deborah, you don't fuck with Deborah.

"Hey, Ill join you" West said to me as I was stretching on the floor and he sat near me

"Hey" I said back not really making eyecontact

Destiny: I still like West but its getting harder to work with him so Ive kinda been avoiding him

"We havent talked in a while. So how have you been?" he asked me

"Oh yea Im great, you?" I said to him finally making eyecontact with him

West: Destiny and I have been a bit off lately. When I talk to her she wont look me in my eye. I cant help but think I did something wrong

"In great too. So you excited for Regionals?" West asked me

"Yea I am, I mean its a month away but it feels like its 1 hour away" I said smiling at West which made him smile back

Before West could answer Chris said something from the other side of the studio

"Dancers, we have another announcement to make. Miss Deborah. This is James' mother." Chris said as West and I walked over to him

"Um, actually, Chris, with respect, I think this is an announcement that James should make himself to his friends. I think that they deserve that." Deborah said to James

"Um, as of today, um, I'm being pulled from A-Troupe." James said as West and I looked at each other in shock

"What?" I said

"You're not in A-Troupe any more?" West asked

"Nah, man. I'm sorry I let you guys down." James said looking down
