"Im gonna pull out my best tricks and maybe this?" I brainstormed with West

"Yea" West replied

"Im gonna do a dance with a basketball" West told me

"Oh. I loved that one. It was my favourite" I said then he nodded

"Are you ok?" I asked West

"What if we have to go against eachother?" West said then I realised we could

West: I know its not very likely but there is still a chance it could happen

Destiny: West is right. But I know that if we had too we would still try our hardest

"We wont be on the same team" West said

"Ok. I got it West" I said then also stressing "Umm. We have to go to rehearsals" I said then scratching the back of my head then going to Studio A

Emily: I'm willing to risk permanent injury. Dancing is my life.

"How did it go?" I asked Emily as she walked in rehearsals

"I'm all clear." She answered

"Yes!" We cheered

"Wait. Emily is not clear to dance. Quite the opposite, actually." Riley said from behind Emily

"I'm sorry, what?" Kate said to Emily

"I'm ready to compete." Emily said then I started to not believe her

"Oh, really. You're good to rehearse? Good to dance? So you can do a grand jete right now?" Riley said

"I'm not warmed up." Emily said to Riley

"Well, your knee's fine. You should be able to do it." Riley argued

"Yeah, Emily, let's see a grand jete." Kate spoke up

"Well, I can't exactly do a grand jete, but I won't put one in my solo. Look, I'm ready to compete. I know my body. I can work around this." Emily stopped lying

"No, Emily, you can't. Because we need you to be at your best and you're clearly not at your best. I'm sorry, but we can't risk it. You can't compete for The Next Step." Kate told Emily

"Thank you" Emily said to Riley then walking out

Riley: I'm sorry, Emily. You know I had to do this.

Emily: I'm in shock. I mean, that's it. It's over.

Hunter: So it's the day of the battles. One versus one. Whoever wins moves on to the Internationals team, whoever doesn't is cut.

Riley: Elite just storms in in unison and it's just very intimidating.

"Let's do it!" Lucien yelled then they broke out into a dance

Daniel: This song is called, Make The Ground Shake. And we're going to shake them up.

Destiny: Im watching them and all Im thinking is "What possesed you to have that much confidence to just walk in and dance" Like not even a hello, or a my name is but just boom a dance

Amanda: As Elite's performing their dance, I think we're all intimidated.

Giselle: It's threatening when they come in here and do this amazing dance! And Daniel is fitting in right with them.

Riley: And the lifts that they do, I would be terrified to even think about doing! And that's what we have to compete against.

Eldon: I got to admit it, Elite's good. Like, scary good.

Hunter: I didn't think they stood a chance, but after watching them, I'm kind of worried.

Thalia: It's a little hard to watch this routine right now, knowing that members of Elite could be joining The Next Step.

Riley: Watching Elite makes me realise that some of The Next Step will not be going to Internationals.
