"OK, I have some exciting news. So there's this really prestigious quartet competition coming up soon and we have officially been invited to compete." Kate said

Kate: This quartet competition is a very big deal. A lot of the studios that are going to nationals will be there as well, so it's a good way for us to kind of take a look at our competition. It's such an honour because they only ever ask the best teams to come in.

"But the catch is everyone has to choreograph to the same song and there are no costumes allowed" Kate said then everone was in shock

Kate; These rules are set out so that the judges are able to see who the most creative dance team is.

"But it's going to be an amazing practice for nationals, so I think it should be Giselle, Amanda, Destiny and Thalia who compete." Kate said then West pat my shoulder

Giselle: I'm really excited Miss Kate chose us to compete in the trio competition.

Thalia: This is the very first time The Next Step has even been invited to one of these, and I get to compete? That's awesome!

Destiny: I cant wait to win the whole competition

Kate: Selected studios can bring as many trios as they want, so I'm also bringing a trio from J-Troupe.

"All right, Amanda - why don't you get everyone warmed up? Destiny" She said then I followed her

"Ok. Who do you think are the best 4 J-Troupers?" Kate asked me

"Hey West" I said while he was doing a corkscrew

"Yo" He answered

"Umm. If you want more height in your corkscrew. Suck in your core, keep your legs together and hands near your chest" I said trying to ease the convosation

"Oh yea" West said then taking my advice "Thanks" He said then walking to a bench which then I followed him.

Destiny: I still am thinking about my last convosation with West and how it ended. I have to make things right

"Im sorry" I randomly blurted

"Its fine. I mean this is probally the 5th time youve aplogised to me but honestly its ok. I will be mad at you after we win Nationals" He joked then I luaghed

West: I cant stay mad at Destiny forever. Wait. Can I?

"Thank you" I said then I gave him a awkward smile

"What now" Wet said in shock realising my smile

"Yea and I kinda need a ride to the competion" I said then with the same awkward smile

"Umm. I dont know. Have you asked James or Eldon yet?" He asked me with a smirk

West: The fact that she came to me first is really. Playable. I dont even know if thats a word. But it is now
