I woke up, it's dark, and the moon was shining brightly on my floor. I look up and see the stars gazing down, too. Feeling someone move behind me, I immediately freeze, thinking Sebastian or Ivor was there, but a gentle hand touched my shoulder, turning me to face them.

Jake was the one lying in my bed. He was facing me, checking to see if I was okay after all of the events that had taken place. I tried to move my arm to touch him, but I hissed in pain, feeling the throbbing trailing up my arm.

"It's alright, love. You were dreaming, talking in your sleep. I just wanted to check and see if you were okay." He says, not wanting to touch me. I am now know he was talking to me again, even if I didn't want to be in this situation, in so much pain. The pain was still agonising, but it's releasing very slowly. My lip doesn't hurt, and I know some of my bruises have gone down.

Instead of shying away, I move towards him and rest my head against his chest, wanting warmth and protection. He takes this as a good sign and places his left arm under my head, and his right goes over my body, keeping me safe against him. We both fell asleep again peacefully, knowing we were back in each others arms.

When I next wake up, I'll feel better than last time, I see the sun was shining down instead of the moon, so I knew it was morning. Jake was still asleep, though. I could tell he hadn't been sleeping properly, he's got darker circles under his eyes. His hair was all over the place.

We woke up again, and the sun was shining in the room this time. Jake was still asleep, I looked at his face, and I could see that he hadn't been sleeping well. He's got darker circles around his eyes. I reach up, wincing a bit from my ribs being pulled, but I want to touch his hair. I slowly dragged my hand through his brown locks, and I heard a sigh of comfort coming from him. He opens his eyes and looks at me before smiling.

"Good afternoon." His morning raspy voice floods the whole room. I smile the best I could with a cut lip before whispering good morning. He frowns and moves his hand to touch my lip, and I let him touch it. It then hit me that he said good afternoon and not morning. We must have really needed that sleep.

"I'm sorry. I will never stop saying sorry. This shouldn't have happened, love." He says again. Sitting up so he's leaning on his left arm looking down at me. I didn't notice last time, but this time I do, he's shirtless, and you can tell him being away for five years has really helped. Wanting to be bold, I move my arm, wincing slightly, but I manged to run a hand through his chest hair. He closes his eyes, enjoying the moment.

The peace doesn't last long because I move my arm awkwardly, and I gasp out from the pain it produced, which causes Jake to open his eyes, startled and ready to protect me. He looks over me, checking me, before realising I'm okay. He lets out a sigh of relief.

"I think we need to visit the garden tonight." He tells me with a serious tone as he looks over my cuts and bruises. I looked at him straight away, a smile coming to my face, happy about going to go back there but also I felt down because I could hardly move without feeling pain. He knows exactly what I'm feeling and tells me he's already got it planned and that it was Xaviers idea to go tonight.

"We brought you home about midday yesterday. it's 3pm the next day. You've slept pretty much fourteen hours, lovely. Everyone has come in to check on you." He informs me.

Feeling a bit exhausted again, Jake lays back down, and we go back into the same position, I run my hand through his chest hair again as I loved the way it felt under my hand. I carry on doing that and listening to his heartbeat, and I'm out like a light again.

Hearing whispers wake me up for the third time, I heard male voices saying goodbye and women's saying, " See you soon." I move my hand around the bed hoping to feel Jake, but I don't feel him, but it was still warm, so it shows he hasn't been up long.
