Chapter 34

The next four days went quickly, and tomorrow morning, we're expected to arrive at Aldeshi. We could see Christian following us in the distance still. There's been no storms, so we haven't been able to escape from their eyesight.

"Pig." I turned my head to see Rosanna glaring towards Christian's ship in the distance. I couldn't help but laugh before looking up to see Jake looking through the telescope at them.

"Couldn't agree more." Thomas says, passing me a plate of cheese and pickles with a pot of honey.

"I still can't believe you eat that." Juliet says in disgust as I dipped my pickle into the honey before eating it. I laughed before shrugging my shoulders.

"Baby wants it. Baby gets." I replied as Rosanna laughs at my response. My eyes then go back up, where I see Jake smiling down at me as I eat my dinner.

"Pickes, cheese and honey." Jake shouted down to me as I nodded happily, which made him laugh before swinging down and walk over to me where he rests his hands on either side of my legs.

"Fruit salad after." I say, smiling as Jake opens his mouth for some cheese. I giggle as he bites down on my fingers before pulling away to chew.

"Spoiling you and Julia today. You've both been throwing up because of the egg." Adrian says, walking over to pass Jake his plate of food. Jake takes it and stands next to me and starts to eat.

"Growing babies is hard work." Julia says in front of us while eating an apple. I nodded my head before squealing as we hit a large wave, and it touched the back of Jake's shirt I've got on.

"I want everybody to pack a backpack." Our Captian says, walking towards us, and I watch as he looks at everybody before dropping a box for the rest of the crew to grab.

"We've still got our one. I've been putting stuff in there, so you don't have to." Jake says as I lean my head on his shoulder and close my eyes as the wind blows his shirt on my body.

"Jake's shirt looks massive on you." Melody says, laughing as I look down and nod. It really was huge on me.

"Jake is a big boy. It probably explains how big your baby bump is." Joshua says as Jake looks proud before kneeling down to kiss our little love as I run my hands through his hair.

"It looks like a storm is coming in." Xavier says, pointing behind me. I turned to see very dark clouds moving towards us, but they were still far away.

"When we've done, I want all the boats put around Contessa with your backpacks inside. Easier access that way." Captain says, and then men nod while I look confused and the other girls do too.

"Captain doesn't trust Aldeshi. Neither does Desmond or Chris, so to put their minds a rest, we've all said we'll bring the boats up and tie them to the side." Jake whispers to me and Rosanna. We nodded in agreement. If they're uneasy, then we should do it.

"Can we have a bath later." I whispered in Jake's ear, who nodded before standing up with the others to go help bring the boats up.

The girls and I decided to go into mine and Jake's cabin, so we're out of the way. I look into mine and Jake's backpack to see he's packed our little girls dress as he said he wants to keep it safe.

"That's cute." Vanessa says, looking over my shoulder to see what Jake's packed. He's packed three of his shirts, one for me and two for him. Some trousers for himself and me, too, along with a tummy belt for me. He's also got a few spare vest jacket along with two water bottles and some of our healing water.

"I do hope you have a girl." Juliet says, taking the dress out from the bag. I smile widely before pulling a face as baby kicks my rib.

"I think we'll be having quite a few children. We've already said we want a big family." I say smiling as the girls squeal happily at my response before we all jump hearing a few loud bangs, which were the boats.
