Throwing my hands down on the bed groaning in frustration wishing to sleep but my brain had other plans. I kept thinking of what Xavier just told me about this legend and how word got out about it and why would they want to kidnap me.

Throwing the heavy duvet of me, I stand up and walk over to the window seeing it's a beautiful full moon. Looking down I see the patrols walking around, protecting the castle. Walking back to bed I grab my diary and write everything that's happened the past few days. When I've finished I see only half hour has passed and decided to try and sleep, which I did for four hours.

I woke up to the girls coming into my chambers talking amongst themselves whilst they light the lanterns. They opened the window too, letting the morning breeze come through. I sit up stretching, groaning when my back clicks and the girls turn to look at me wondering why.

"I didn't sleep very well last night. Tossed and turned most of the night." I tell them before standing up.

"If you'd like me to miss, I can ask when your bedroom will be ready." Julia replies while I give off another yawn wanting nothing more than to get back into bed.

"That would be most helpful. Thank you Julia." I replied before sitting infront of my mirror deciding to leave my hair down as it doesn't seem very windy today. I didn't have many dresses left in the trunk so I decided to go for that that was comfy, but certainly not my favourite, I put some white shoes on to go with it.

"I've been informed that you will be having breakfast with Prince Christian miss." Vanessa tells me. Great.

"Thank you for informing me. When is it." I replied.

"Now your highness. He's waiting for you." Julia says before we heard a knock on the door and a chime on the clock signalling it's 8am. Juliet opens the door seeing the bodyguard standing there.

"Is she ready." He speaks in a monotone voice. He's as scary as he speaks.

"I am." I replied strongly. Showing myself to him. He looks at me before simply, walking away. We look at each other dumbfounded before following him into Christian room.

Christian was standing by his window when we entered. Smiling, he walks over, kissing my hand before pulling me forward to whisper in my ear.

"You look beautiful. I can't wait to spend the day with you." He tells me before walking to the table and pulling the chair out for me, when I sit he pushes me in. He then proceeds to sit down infront of me.

"Where we're going today is special to me and my father. We've been planning this since I was nineteen. It's taken us this long to perfect, but it's almost ready." He calmy says as the kitchen staff enters with sausages, bacon, and egg. It smelt delicious. Saying 'thank you' before taking what I can manage, not even hearing a thank you from Christian.

"Orange looks good on you. Brings out your features." Christian tries complimenting me on the dress. I look at him not believing him for a second before laughing.

"This dress isn't my favourite. It was left at the bottom of my trunk for a reason but it'll do for today." I say before looking down and eating a piece of bacon.

Laughing back he replies. "I guess I'll have to buy you some more. I'm sorry about your room. But remember I'll do everything I can to protect you." I can tell he's serious because he lowers his voice.

"You won't need to. My maids have already brought some. Thank you for the offer." I say making a small lie. I haven't brought any yet. Knowing my birthday is coming up in a few weeks, I'm sure I'll be getting some then. I've got enough to wear until then.

"Let me buy you your birthday gown then. Let me show you how much you mean to me. Let me spoil you." His words hitting me deep.

"Okay. Only if and I mean only if you don't try anything today against my will." I decided to be bold because I didn't want anything happening today. My body couldn't take it.
