"WAKE UP! YOU IDIOT'S. THEY'VE ESCAPED." My eyes opened at the sound of Dominic shouting furiously as he stood in front of us.
"AURORA." Christian shouted, and I heard him rustle around before his footsteps came running towards us.
"SEARCH." Dominic shouted angrily just as Christian stopped and saw me, Jake, Xavier, and Joshua staring at him.
"Stand down. We don't need the others. As long as we have Aurora, that's all that matters." Christian said, staring at me. I smirked, feeling Jake's chest rumble as he chuckled at Christian, looking dishevelled.
"Who was keeping guard." Dominic asked as Xavier stood up and leaned against a tree. I sighed in exhaustion and leaned my head back under Jake's chin, who tightened his grip and kept his attention on the others.
"WHO WAS KEEPING GUARD." Christian shouted angrily and looked at his guards. Next to me, I heard Joshua chuckle, and he stood up and walked over to Christian casually.
"They cut the ropes. Didn't want to be involved anymore." Joshua said while raising his hands as Dominic pulled out his sword when Joshua got too close.
"They better. Otherwise, they're planning something." Christian growled as he glared at us all before walking back towards his bed roll.
"Let's stand up." Jake whispered as he kissed my forehead. I nodded before taking Joshua's hands, who stood in front of us and helped me up just as Christian ran back over to us.
"WHERE DID THEY GO. I DON'T TRUST YOU GUYS." Christian shouted and pulled me roughly from Joshua's arms and pushed me against the tree.
"LET HER GO." Xavier shouted as Jake ran over, but Dominic got their quickly and kicked him in the chest. I shouted as Jake fell down on his knees and grunted in pain.
"Not a big man now." Dominic growled as I whimpered, feeling Christian push me harder against the tree and put his face closer to mine.
"Where did they go, Aurora?" Christian whispered angrily as I felt tears threatening to fall as I looked into Christian's eyes. I looked over to Joshua and Xavier, who pulled Jake up and were all looking murderous at us.
"I don't know." I whispered in fear and shook my head, which only made Christian chuckle loudly before pressing his left hand against my cheek. I closed my eyes and tried to move from his grip, but it only tightened.
"Let my wife go." Jake demanded as I whimpered, feeling Christian stroke my top lip before pulling away from me and letting me run towards Jake, who pulled me against him.
"I'm not stupid. No food or water until you tell me where they went." Christian demanded as Xavier walked in front of us and hid me away from Christian's view. My hands gripped Jake's vest jacket tightly as I hid my face his chest.
"That's not fair!" Joshua said as Jake and Xavier also said something as Christian laughed and walked away. I shook my head as I knew Christian was angry and the man from last night who was concerned has gone.
"AURORA IS GROWING MY TWINS. SHE NEEDS FOOD." Jake shouted angrily, and from his words, Christian stopped and turned around as Jake moved forward.
My eyes widened as Christian growled and stalked back over to us and I was able to see the dark look in his eyes as he stopped in front of my husband who I knew had the same angry look on his face.
"I've got no care for your twins. They should be mine. Aurora is mine." Christian growled in anger, which only made Jake chuckle. Before Jake could make a remark, Christian took the opportunity to punch Jake in the tummy again.
"JAKE. STOP." I shouted hysterically and ran over to Jake and wrapped my arms around him as I heard him grunt at my fast movements but wrapped his arms around me as we looked at Christian.
