"HOLY SMOKES." KLAUS awed at the Kugleblitz that was just feet away from eating them alive.
Five and Phoenix didn't look up, they just continued to down the last of the wine bottle they had, while finishing off their cigarettes.
"Hey, you know something?" Luther asked, no fear in his tone— as he stared at the glow that was going to kill them all.
Phoenix was already almost finished with her first cigarette when she glanced over at him, curious of his calm words.
"Tonight is all I ever really wanted," Luther admitted, his tone soft— just happy that he was with everyone around him.
"To get hitched?" Diego asked, confused at what Luther was trying to say.
"Just... everybody coming together when it really matters." Luther paused, "One big real family."
Five randomly and quickly got up— interrupting the small moment the group was happening. Phoenix felt his arm lift from her shoulders quickly, and glanced at him— seeing him quickly try and walk away.
The cigarette fell from Five's mouth, as he continued to drunkly walk away.
"Where are you-" Phoenix got cut off to Five bending over and gagging right in front of all of them.
"Whoa whoa!" everyone began to yell— disgusted by Five.
"I think I'm going to hurl." Five said sickly, as Phoenix grimaced at Five— but got up, walked over, and held onto his shoulders, "Actually, uh, I think I'm hungry. See you guys I'm gonna hit the buffet, come on Phoenix."
Phoenix rolled her eyes, "I guess." she muttered— not liking the way he said that— as if she were some sort of dog.
They two left, and as the group began to talk again, she knew half of the conversation would be about the two of them but it didn't bother her— it was the end of the world after all.

Five and Phoenix walked around the buffet, eating whatever sounded good at the moment, Five grabbed a tin bowl for some reason— when she asked why he had it he said he just needed it.
