'PHOENIX' RAN DOWN the halls of a large hotel, the rooms changing every time she darted out of one.
A sick feeling rose in her throat, as she turned another hallway, the wallpaper of the hotel making only more nausea rise in the back of her throat.
"Guys!" she shouted out frantically, panting, barely able to steady her breathing.
She didn't know who she was shouting for.
The hotel then began to collapse in on itself, as she fell backwards into someone's arms. Relief flooded her over her anxiety as she looked up and saw some blurry figure in a school uniform.
Phoenix then began to close her eyes, as the hotel continued to fall apart, some bright orange light eating up the building she was in.
Everything was black.
Nothing.
Panic shook the girl's body, as she woke up from her dream sitting up quickly, her breath so quick it hurt her lungs.
Delores rose her hand to rub her face, and her forehead had a few beads of sweat lying on her forehead.
Phoenix.
She was called 'Phoenix' in her dream. She was called her middle name which was barely ever said aloud because it was redundant.
Delores's mind wandered over to the man in the suit in the café yesterday. He called her by her middle name, and he didn't know her, she didn't know him.
Ash barely even remembered her middle name.
How the hell did he know her middle name?

"Have a nice day." Delores smiled at the older woman who had ordered a croissant and a coffee.
Delores usually was drawn to older people, she felt she could hold a conversation with them longer than people her actual age.
"Busy?" Beatrice walked out of the kitchen with a tray of fresh chocolate chip cookies, the warm, sweet smell filling the café.
