Several cars and houses later, I some how ended up alone. Standing right in front of a large gated house. The exterior white and tall, must have been three stories if not more. It was older, clearly southern plantation style. But it was beautiful.

I wasn't admiring the house for long when JJ and John B finally found me.

"Alright. Both of us are out. You got any left?" I turned to the two.

"I got just enough for one more." I smirked despite them not being able to see it.

"Oh shit, Ward's house. You want to get the Camerons!" JJ shouted a mix of nerves and excitement. The fact that this beautifully designed house belonged to the Cameron family made a lot of sense, but it also made me disappointed.

"And my desire to tutor any child in that house just plummeted." I murmured to myself. Shaking the frown from my face I turned to face the long driveway. My eyes zeroing in on the Jeep I knew all too well.

"You know, I've been meaning to pay a visit. Let's be quick. I've yet to meet Ward and something tells me I don't want to meet him as a vigilante."

I grasped the backpack straps tighter before hightailing it through the gates. My feet light as I moved quickly. The two behind me thundering along in comparison.

I kept my eyes and ears alert as I finally reached the jeep. My backpack open on the ground in seconds as I pulled the last saran wrap package out along with the window markers.

"Can you two be any louder?" I hissed as they finally joined me.

"I'm sorry, we were having to sprint after you!" JJ whispered back.

"Whatever, can y'all start saran wrapping the lower portion of the cars? I want the windows free but the doors stuck." I directed as I gave the two of them the package. My eyes already shifting to the colors in front of me.

I got to work immediately as I began decorating the windows. The driver side had a clown silhouette with a colored in hat and nose. The two back passenger windows each had "daddy's little princess" written in various colors. Then the rear window was a masterpiece. There was a castle, a poorly drawn unicorn, a rainbow, and even a blue river going across it. Then on the front passenger window I drew a tiara with pink diamonds and a large wand that wasn't necessary.

By the time I had finished, the two boys were done and rolling on the ground laughing at the lack of artistic ability I had.

"Shut up! I'm sorry the Unicorn looks like a horned balloon dog. I'm going for a rip-off Picasso look and not a Da Vinci you assholes." I ended up laughing at the end, the unicorn just so poorly drawn there was nothing else to do.

After packing up, I spared one last glance at the house. My eyes trailing up from the porch to the roof. My heart stopped in my chest as I saw the glasses and curly head of brown hair. Their eyes widening as mine did the same.

Curiosity got the best of me so I waved. Clearly startling her more making me think she'd run off to tell someone. But she proved me wrong, she waved back. I rose a hand to my covered lips and watched her nod. The slight twitch of her shoulders told me she was laughing.

I spared one more glance before turning and sprinting away to catch up with the boys who had left me behind. Clearly going for payback.

"Hey. How many Cameron siblings are there again?" I asked as we ran out of the gates and down to the end of the neighborhood.

"Three. Rafe, Sarah, and Wheezie. Why?" John B panted as he spoke.

"Wheezie is the youngest right? Curly brown hair? Glasses?" I asked follow up questions to make sure.

"Yes?" John B sent me a raised eyebrow.

"Okay great. Cause she saw us."

"WHAT!" JJ shouted as we turned the corner into another street.

"Yeah but she was cool about it." I added.

"She literally worships her brother. She's definitely going to tell him." JJ commented, our speed increasing.

"Maybe. Maybe not."

"Let's get back to the Twinkie and deal with this later. Preferably before someone comes outside to complain about the noise." John B voiced up as JJ and I began to argue quietly.

"If someone does rat on us- Deny, deny, deny." I rolled my eyes at JJ as we could make out the end of the neighborhood. The gate thankfully still open.

"Let's get home. You're lucky that homework isn't due until Friday. Or else you two would be in deep shit." They both groaned in unison.

"Don't remind us." I could only roll my eyes at their ridiculousness. School haters will be school haters.

_______•*•*•*•_______

I arrived at school an hour early. Sitting on my bike and reading as I waited for people to start showing up. I would glance up briefly to see if the cars arriving were jeeps or not. If they weren't a Jeep or not the specific one I was looking for, I went back to reading.

However, when the Jeep I was waiting for finally arrived, I couldn't help but pull out my phone to discreetly film.

The marker looked like someone had scrubbed it aggressively but didn't have enough time to really get it off. The several layers of marker ink clearly proving challenging as I could still see exactly what was drawn on.

Whispers and laughs were heard as a fuming Cameron whipped into his parking spot on the other side of the lot, directly in view from where I sat on my bike. When the blond broke the seal of the driver side door I couldn't help my own fit of laughter at his enraged face. His eyes furiously flicking around the front yard of the school. Sarah, his sister, got out of the front passenger side and was clearly containing her own laughter as she went to her group of friends.

"Quit staring. Or I'll give you a reason to!" He roared threateningly above the noise making people step back and obey. My eyes rolling at the pure cowardice being displayed. When the crowd dissolved to a few gaggles and glanced his way, he finally stopped his eyes no longer moving as he squared towards me.

A snarl curling on his lips as he began to stalk my way. Fists clenched as I prepared to feign innocence. A silent plea to Shakespeare that my Theatre experience was enough to not completely blow my suspicions cover.
