The three valkyries entered the tower, and inside the interior was very not much a welcoming part.

It was very dark and gloomy, there are no signs of life to be seen. Almost certainly the pit of sins.

"Is this the insides of the labs? Very much looks like a prison to me."

"The overseer Otto, manages the Babylon labs. So i even have no idea, what he does here." Cecilia then felt a shiver on her spine about the aura which the tower is giving. "I have a bad feeling about this."

"So I'm not the only one then."

"Let's just focus on our task." Theresa then break the ice to get their attention back. "We have to catch up to the 2nd Herrscher... We don't have much time left..."

Kiana pouts as two walk ahead, well her aunt is interrupting their mother and daughter moment with Cecilia.

Proceeding with caution they checked the area first to make sure it's clear before they proceed to move towards the top floor.

"Looks like a lift..." Theresa then examined the platform and much to say the device is locked.

"Hmm, a keycard, search around. Maybe we could use something to activate the lift." After Cecilia finished investigating the lift. She told their next objective to proceed was the key.

Theresa then received a transmission message from her device, once she decided to read it. There was a sour look on her face. "A message from the overseer? He's calling me back to the HQ, why though?"

"Go on Theresa, if the overseer is calling you back,  then it must be important."

"But-"

"Don't worry Theresa..." Kiana said as she points to herself. "I'll be there to protect Cecilia-san."

The nun then gave up from her niece's statement, she frowned a bit then let out a sigh. "Alright Kiana, I'm counting on you."

Kiana then gave a thumbs up to her aunt with a cheeky smile. "Be careful you two." Theresa shot a glance to them before taking off. "Mhm, leave this to us." Cecilia pat her friend's shoulder.  

Thus leaving the duo as Theresa went back to Schicksal for her new orders.

"Yes this is my chance to be alone with Mom~." Kiana thought more excited now that she was given more opening to spend more time with Cecilia.

"Kiana, let's go and find that keycard."

"G-Got it!"

Kiana and Cecilia made rounds to the room they visit, checked the desks and drawers for the search of the keycard.

The B-rank Valkyrie sighed as she entered the last room. Where she noticed something that piqued her eye.
