"Give me a strong one love." A customer arrives and sat down on a stool and immediately decides for an order.

As the bartender prepared his drink. The man looks around the bar and scanned everything around. Bad guys were all around enjoying themselves.

"Tell me love, has something unusual happened here?"

"Unusual." The woman then slides the glass towards as he easily caught it. "Well, they suddenly implemented a curfew, due to a Honkai leak."

The male let out a sigh this is not his entire day, the events of arriving in the city are bad luck.

Beneath he wore gray long pants, and combat boots that are easy to move.

He sat really bored, his hand supporting his chin.

The person was none other than Murata Shiro... One of the people that rebelled against Schicksal and assaulted the HQ.

Right now he received an important mission, one of their valuable intel stated that they're long lost valkyrie was last sighted in the night city.

Or as they call Arc City.

"Solo mission huh?" Reading out the mission objective from his phone once again he smiled. "Well i guess i can get it done. Assuming she's going to be alright."

He was not like this before, during the last 3 month after he lost her beloved sister. He was broken, and became an addict to one of the most poisonous things that can damage a human's mind. Alcohol!

"Still, looks like I'm going to be on my own here. And i am not allowed to call Hyperion, as probably those bastards will intercept our call."

It was very necessary, after all Schicksal is also attempting to subdue Kiana or rather the Herrscher of Void, for the over seer's selfish deeds.

He was about to doze off when the conductor made an announcement.

"Ahem! Attention passengers, we've got some good news, and some bad news."

"Oh, i guess that joke went off track."

"Oh goddamn-" Shiro cursed but it was too late when he stood up.

The train then shook off as it was enough to trigger an explosion from behind.

"Damn!" Now that the panic was triggered, Shiro was having a hard time to save himself.

It's true that he must first value the civilians first, but that's not the point of his mission.

Instead of saving them. The best option was to abandon them for the sake of survival.
