And the two partners are ready to finish what they started.

When Kiana woke up... She was surprised to see she fell asleep. And Shiro was nowhere to be found.

But what she noticed firstly, that her body feels light... It's like her movements aren't hindering her at all... But more importantly...

Kiana saw Fu Hua's memories.

That she was a survivor of a previous era. And all the records that the herrscher saw were all true.

Most of all she learned of one dangerous man...

Kevin Kaslana... Or other known as the serpent... Another survivor of the previous era.

Hua didn't know what happened afterwards their talk in the past... The last thing she knew was the fight with the tyrant knight...

Kiana was warned that Kevin may be a kaslana. But he would not hesitate to kill Kiana if she ever stood on his path.

Of course even though she was given that warning. The girl brushed that off, her will hard as steel. And vowed if there is someone who dares to destroy the beautiful world. Then she will oppose him.

Shiro suddenly returned which Kiana immediately went towards to check on him.

Though the male only told her he is just out surveying the area. The valkyrie knew that he was hiding something...

And that is why Shiro is constantly avoiding her.

For now she just played along pretending that she was convinced from his answers.

"Anyways. Plans are all set, but what about her?"

Kiana turned behind and saw the maid still asleep as they are at the room of where the maid is slumbering.

And thus she remembered what happened last night. Which made her chest tighten.

"We're leaving her."

Shiro was shocked, as he already thought she plans to negotiate with Rita on joining their operation.

"Yesterday you are so eager to get closer with Rita, what changed your mind and pushed her away? The white-haired young adult asked.

"It's nothing, i just don't like it." She crossed her arms avoiding eye contact, her eyebrows knitted... "Huh? Don't like about what?" He insists of finding out the reason.

"What you did to her last night..." Kiana mumbled as he wasn't able to catch up with his ears...

"Huh?" He was stupefied as Kiana stormed out but Shiro grabbed her arm. Though she pushes it away and stops turning to him.

"Urusai! Urusai! Urusai!" She yelled and bolted out, leaving the boy confused. Wondering what he did wrong.

"I'm glad that she's still the same Kiana who goes mad at me just like back then... But what did i do wrong?"

He followed as they left the safehouse, now on their way to their target.

Unknown to them both. Rita opened her eyes, the moment she heard the door closed.

"Earlier... Who was she talking to?" Rita wondered, she has been awake for a while and happens to hear the herrscher to talking to some invisible air.

She sat up wondering. How she came to this situation... A Herrscher, who was born to destroy human civilization, had been trying to save people from some cruel scheme. A prey who has warrant, a bounty on her head, which the white haired girl was chased helplessly... But reached out to the hunter for aid.
