Schicksal's overseer, Otto Apocalypse observed the man before him, who remains silent, his inhuman gaze was devoid of emotions, memories and hasn't even felt warmth forever from his lifetime.

Otto smiles, when he became the overseer, none dared to belittle and stand in his way.

But the man before for him doesn't care, who is up against, he will topple anything that stand in his way, just to achieve his goal, and Otto is just a worm at his eyes.

"May the world serpent prevail..."

Otto jokingly welcomed, as this slowly soured the man's expression, in which Otto followed with a chuckle.

"Haha, I was just trying to lighten the mood before we begin our friendly conversation."

"Make it quick, I have important things to attend to."

The leader of the World's Serpent replied, as he had no time play circus with the clown.

"In any case, I humbly welcome the Lord of the World Serpent, I knew that there may be chances that our paths will cross."

Flashed by the overseer's smile, Otto then continued from speaking.

"I know who you are and what you did... In fact i admire your great works and exploits."

"Father to the Kaslanas, hero of the Previous Era, Sire of the World Serpent, and enforcer of Project STIGMA."

Then Otto's tone. "Kevin Kaslana, do you wish to declare war with me?"

Kevin remained silent and sighs as Otto misunderstood of what his intentions are.

"No, i do not... In fact i asked to meet you for one favour..."

"Your whole support for Project STIGMA..."

Dropping the bomb with that request, Otto became intrigued and continued the negotiation. "Any request comes with a price? What will be the benefits in exchange of my support?"

This may be a negotiation, but Otto firstly felt a bit of hesitation, Kevin's aura and presence is enough to shake him.

Though he still took initiative and decided push the conversation forward, each thought that enters his mind must be considered first before he launches it out.

"Neither, you will never benefit from it. Either you choose, you submit or I will crushed you and your ideals and shred them to pieces."

"That would be unwise and I wouldn't recommend that. Despite your great powers, you just returned to the surface, and that the entire world runs around Schicksal."

"Think of every possibilities, that's what they would say, we may have lost the battle but we have won the war."

A great counter Otto did with the smile of a clown, trying to hide nervousness with a clever poker face... "Time is your precious enemy Kevin Kaslana, you will fail if you don't start to polish the relationships with your negotiator."

"Alas, I also do not want to fight the World Serpent."

Kevin remained silent and closed his eyes knowing that he had been swayed, nevertheless he gave up of threatening and decided to listen to reason.

"What is it that you want..."

He made an inquiry and wished to hear the Overseer's reward. Otto had successfully broke through the barriers and steered the direction back to where it was originally aws.
